Actually it is kinda true, men hang out more with other guys than girls. Most men do, it doesn't make it unusual if they decided to hang out with females all the time but it is a bit weird. valkaka: i
Halt blowing everything out of proportion based on predetermined mindset. It's so lame to think that it's not normal for guy to have penchant for hanging out with fellow guys than ladies. Believe you me there is nothing incoherently wrong with a dude having predilection for hanging out with fellow dudes than ladies.AFricans and their myopic way of comprehending and iterating things. So very reprehensible. |

BS article. I hate when men try to think for women. 1) I hang out more with girls then guys. Most of my personal gist are better discussed with a woman. Yes, a woman! However I gave guys that I absolutely adore, guys that I can't go a day without chatting with. 2) My friends are everywhere, doing good and the rest. No fvcking reason to be jealous of anything except in a good way. I am yet to have a friend that won't tell it to my face that she is jealous of something. . I almost got rid of a friend who doesn't criticise me whether out of jealousy or not. Either way, I don't care. I know what jealousy smells like, I know when to take a leave. 3) My few years on planet have made me to realise that men are as chatty and catty as women. They don't shut their gobs when they should. If things do not go their way, they leak. They are capable of creating as much drama as women, it takes a stvpid person to believe otherwise. When I want to confide, I either go to my brother or choose the most suitable friend that can handle such truth. 4) At the end of day, most women have close female friends than males . There must definitely be more to a male friend than all these stvpid reasons. |

When you grow up, you will be to decipher what I am trying to say. Ezechinwa: this must be the most senseless article have seen on NL... what planet are you from? Mr, in Nigeria aren't we suffering from Boko haram? or maybe you live in mars .. do you know that boko haram what they think they practice is good to them? do you know that they believe in their own version of religion, which is to win souls for their own god, awarded virgins in return? am a Nigerian and I always say the truth no matter how bad it seems, its pointless. telling you that Christian are better or even vice versa, I won't allow my love for a certain religion blind my sense of judgement.
And finally, who created the so called religion, and tell yourself the truth where has it taken us to as a nation?
haven't you read about the killings and bombings of opposing religions? if that isn't war as a result of religion then is either you need to buy a new dictionary or you need to leave you cave! |

They need to get this monster. Only in Nigeria... MarieSucre: Will people still say rape is not a problem in this country? Will people still ask why was she walking late at night? Will people still ask whether she accepted gifts from the man but refused his advances? Will people still ask why she will go to a man's place if she did not want to have sex? Will people ask what kind of seductive clothes she was wearing?
She never did all did all these. Yet.

I love you sweetgala: 1- I'm not muslim, I attend church on sundays and practice my christian faith honestly to the best of my abilities 7 days a week unlike many other's who acquire it on sunday morning and leave it at home for the week monday; until further notice.
would it not be an inconvenience placed on the muslim "corp" members by NYSC and it's here apologist by demanding of them to bear a major national event such as camp during Ramadan a religious obligation for over 60 million Nigerians, and thereby disenfranchising them. It is the same reason Osun state government and INEC should not hold Ife-Central LG elections during Olojo festival and INEC may have to delay Edo guber elections till after the kingsmen have finished their palaver.
Also your statement that muslims are unduly abusing the pacifist nature of christians is very wrong in it's representation of fact, absolutely disgusting in it's conclusion and wholly disrespectful to the right of a Nigerian to practice his or her religion without hindrance, fear or favour.
The constitution grants these individuals a right to voice their concern and by God they should, it is a democracy where every man, woman and child can seek fair translation of the constitution to his/her benefit, the merit of the argument would be evaluated as when required. Injustice to muslims today may become injustice to christians tomorrow.

Don't be a mor.on Morroco: it is still a Muslim country by law but the officials including imams believe that hijab is not authorised. Therefore it is more of a religious argument than political. So before you rejoice, it wasn't borne out hijab is oppressive stance. It was borne out of religipus conviction which I find absolutely absurd. Chad: it banned the niqab not the hijab. It had a good reason for doing so. Kosovo just like Turkey banned hijab for political reasons. They want to be seen as secular Muslims so that mor.ons can accept them. Whereas these mor.ons allow the use of hijabs in their countries. They want to join the EU Tunisia: Women are now wearing the hijab. It has been reintroduced dragonking2: See my previous post |

Politics › Re: Dr. George Uboh Detained By DSS 24 Hours After Appearing On TV Sunrise Daily by doveda: 4:07pm On Jun 10, 2016 |
If what you are saying is true, it is in our best position to fight this Eruditor: If the issue of George Uboh is not handled well by the FG, I'd lose every ounce of respect for them.
First and foremost, the caption by Sahara reporters is libellous. George Uboh was charged for credit card fraud in the USA (which was a petty crime and didn't deserve more than a few months of jail time) but he was somehow robed in for Heroine possession and trafficking and it was for that purpose that he served the 9 years.
While in Jail he began to read literature connected to the Law and was able to challenge the USA govt for his wrongful imprisonment for Heroine possession. If one was to google his name against Reno who headed the case, you would see that George won the case and had his sentense upturned even though he would later be deported to Nigeria.
George started a money laundering and scam detection agency and has worked at different times for the NPF, EFCC, Bayelsa state govt until he was recently appointed by the AGF in February of this year.
I have no doubt that should his case be mishandled, President Buhari's corruption war will be treated as a scam by not just me, but by every other well-meaning Nigerian across the world.
George was instrumental to the downfall of Lamorde when he exposed all the atrocities that were committed by the EFCC under his reign including not remitting 1 trillion Naira of recovered loot back to the FG.
George most recently, came on air to expose the scam being perpetuated by the AGF who has been conniving with banks to prevent them from returning all the hidden dollars within their coffers to TSA. George said in his first month working for the AGF he was able to recover close to 1B USD and was therefore surprised to see that the amount announced as recovered fell way below his own personal recovery.
George insisted that he could prove that banks within Nigeria were housing close to 70B USD including Keystone Bank ( a relatively small bank having 542M USD within its own coffers). George challenged the Channels News men to ask any public authority to disprove the authenticity of his evidence to which he would dole out 10k USD to each of them should they succeed.
He said on LiveTV how that Access bank were calling him over the phone to urge him to calm down under the supervision of the AGF. When George refused their advances, and even wrote 3 letters to the AGF, the President and the VP, he was summarily fired by the AGF who then claimed to have been oblivious of George's checkered past.
What makes this assertion laughably ridiculous is that during his campaign to expose the EFCC the news about his jail time in the USA was being announced daily even to the point of creating a DVD to smear his image. I wonder how the AGF can then claim at this point that he didn't know about it, considering that he courted George since Nov of 2015 before giving him that job in February of 2016.
George is being witch-hunted for exposing the 2-faced conniving bastard that the AGF is and if President Buhari refuses to take the right actions concerning this issue, it will ultimately cause his downfall and the downfall of the APC. |

Research have shown that the Bible both new and old testament actually contains more negative words than the Qur'an. It shows that the Qur'an contains more sweet words, in other word, positive words than the Bible. Charles4075: Bro, just forget about those guys.. The problem started when Aregbesola merged those schools both muslim and christians alike.
Each school has their particular clothing regulations (some don't, but most do). If 'religious' reasons are good enough to let students wear whatever they want, then the Baptist should be allowed to wear their robes, Catholics should be allowed to wear their symbol and Satanists should be allowed to wear an upside down cross or whatever.
Majority of the Muslims that claim they don't offend other people and that islam is a religion of peace, why does it sure tells them to offend a lot of 'non-believers' in the Quran.
Quran (8:12) - "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them"
Quran (8:39) - "And fight with them until there is no more fitna (disorder, unbelief) and religion should be only for Allah"
Quran (9:5) - "So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captive and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them." they go directly against my rights of religious beliefs and freedom.
Just leave those guys joor bro, let's sit back, relax and watch how this movie unfolds.. |
