There are lots of irregularities with this show that suggest the organizers (not viewers) select the winner. The voting process is all formalities...

Still hard to fathom how 'boring' Melvin went from 6 country votes (correct me, if I'm wrong) to 2 or less in the finale.

Hey Drahmah
It's been a while. I mean, immeadiately after BBA8, you disappeared.
wassup, my man? I actually didn't disappear, I stuck around a while till the 'chase' thread got a tad too dry. I still keep up with nairaland as often as I can, and I don't get to comment here much because I'm not watching this season's bba. You good, yes?

THEAMAKA:
It doesn't matter how Lilian's personality was. Whether she was nice calm and sweet, or loud and confrontational like Tayo, she stands no chance when up against a male from the same country, even if they both made it to day 63. If Tayo was the calm and laid back guy, he would still be preferred. Lilian could never win in either situation.
not to sound Rude, but you need to chill over this 'bba girl right activism' thing you always got going on.. it's just a show, really. You almost sound like a feminist sometimes.

karma is a badass grin una never see anything... tayo carry on jor, na wetin Nigerians want you dey do, just don't get disqualified... una say Melvin na delawood, furniture, them don bring blunt, I don't give a damn guy, if you like don't vote him, nobody is begging you, it's not by force.

"tayo this" "tayo that" is getting irritating, we all know that how he is, that his person, why over-flog it, Keegan was like that, elikem was like that, very loud and rude, each year, housemates with such personality will surely be there, this time, it is Nigeria turn to produce such personality, all we can do is accept his person.

funny enough, have you guys wondered why tayo's name is been mentioned often?, he gives us something to watch and talk about, how many housemates actually gives us something to talk about? ask your selves.
exactly, my brother. I remember last year well well, everyone thought Melvin was 'too boring' because he was calm; in fact, a couple people tagged him 'delawood'. Now, they get a 'mr hyperactive', and they're scared of losing a hm. Naija, Africa, deal with it! Mouthy tayo, all day, everyday.

yes twas epic but we r forgetting dat Stefan cares more bout his brother Dan Damon does.it's just d truth.
I get your drift, I'm just not cool with Stefan Salvador ignoring Caroline. That girl is obviously falling apart without him; she needs him back. Stefan wasn't ready to realize that until enzo did the needful. I know you've been through so much, but come on, it's Caroline. Besides, Damon hasn't been such a bad brother to him lately. He took his girl, but he didn't make her fall for him, did he? If someone is worth vilifying, it has to be Elena Gilbert. So, when I say I love enzo's speech, it's because I feel like someone needed to make Stefan appreciate those who really care for him again. Eg, Caroline Forbes
TV/MoviesRe: The Vampire Diaries and The Originals Fan Page by Drahmah:
"I've got a girl out there crying over you, because she cares so much, and I'm here tryin to figure out why because i can't see Who's worth caring about. You know, Damon once told me he promised you an eternity of misery, and I remember thinking; 'well, what could his brother have ever done to inspire so much hatred', and now, I get it...you're not a brother to him. Brothers don't give up. So, every time I see you doing something that looks like you've done so, or try to move on in a life that is nothing but a lie, I will make you pay. I will be the one to bring you the misery you deserve."

What an epic speech by Enzo. Way to go!
Awesome scene, awesome episode! Rightly should have been the first episode of this season. I look forward to the 3rd.

Music/RadioRe: On Psquare And Why Naija Artistes Will Never Break Into US Market. by Drahmah: 11:05pm On Sep 05, 2014
Ok. So, OP, you think psquare are finished because you do not like 'Ejeajo'. You also think the song is pointless and tasteless...as well as the video. Well, it is your opinion, and it's fine to hv one---it's part of your basic human rights.

What I learned from your post though, is that you're not a PSquare fan, so it's easy not to like their work. I'm sure you also had something similar to say about 'chop my money', 'e no easy', and 'do me'--- songs that went on to become the biggest hits out the continent.

Your argument was a little sensible until you said neither psquare nor any other Nigerian/African artist will break into the American entertainment market because the jiggas and the lil Waynes will not sit down and allow it.

Boy, really? Where were they when kevin little's 'turn me on' took over the planet? Why didn't they stop Sean paul? Or bob Marley the great? What about Rita Ora, Tinnie Tempah, seal? Maybe you think they all started in the states?

'Anybody can blow', in M.I's words. The world is a big stage, music is a big platform, anyone can make it big and break boundaries if their music is good, and they have the right connect.

A lot of people have become so accustomed to the stereotypes in Nigerian entertainment that the moment they see/hear something different, they get 'disappointed'. I think it's ironical that you want psquare to be more mature in their music, but failed to acknowledge that they actually did grow in their music by putting out two international standard tracks in "ejeajo" and "bring it on". Both songs are great, and I think any honest person would agree.

Now, You slam psquare for "tryin to break into the American market" by diversifying and improving
Their music, but I'm certain it's people like you that criticized them in the past for "making the same kind of songs".

I guess that's what being a star is about...you just can't please everyone.
Music/RadioRe: Official Video: P-square Ft T.I - Ejeajo by Drahmah: 12:47pm On Aug 30, 2014
I heard that song, and I couldn't be more pleased . ejeajo, is probably the best pop song ever made in Africa, by Africans. I'm awed at the amount of hate and negative remarks ya'll been pouring out. Talkin bout sampling like every artist dont do it...even the great jigga samples lines n beats. And some of ya'll even think T.I was the best thing about the song? Did he do the hook and bridge? Come on, T.I was great, but even without him, the song still would have turned out great. As for the ones who think doing pop music is American and a break from "their roots"- really? At this age and time? Allow me to introduce you to the words "versatility" and "diversity". That's what music is about (or should be, at least). Tell me the video coulda been better, and I'll agree, but don't criticize the song. Dem boys did awesome; too sad ya'll don't wanna acknowledge that. Psquare hv churned out Hit after hit and the world appreciates that. Ya'll need to stop with the negativity; it only feeds cancer...but then again, ya'll Nigerians. Hate comes natural for ya'll

Next, yuh're gonna tell us Rita Dominic is also a lesbian, or maybe kate henshaw's marriage failed because she's one. Smh. its stories like this that make people hate bloggers/journalists...yuh do not have to run someone down/write fake information to sell. It is unethical, and dead azz wrong...the fact that she's "an older single woman" doesn't give anyone the right to judge and accuse her without cogent evidence to back it up...
And Whoever said Genevieve Nnaji dated D'banj? Blogging isn't for everyone, bruh. Peace
