I still have not seen where Jesus now said Saturday sabbath should now be changed to Sunday because I resurrected on Sunday. Jesus resurrection on Sunday and God’s command of worship on Saturday are two different things. Sunday worship is men’s tradition and not commanded in the Bible.

According to Catholic encyclopedia, the early Christians started meeting on Sunday to remember the resurrection of Jesus and not to replace Saturday with it. With passage of time, the Catholic Church now enforced Sunday to completely replace Saturday. Now you can see it’s the Catholic Church making to completely eradicate sabbath. All of the changes were just man made.

The reason for meeting on Sunday can be applied to Friday that because Jesus was crucified on Friday or Monday because he asked us to gather and meet him in Galilee. That’s is actually a command from Jesus asking his disciples to meet him on Monday before he went into heaven. He did not even command us to meet on Sunday because he resurrected. Don’t you think worshiping on Monday is even more in line as a command than Sunday? That’s to tell you people just decided to choose Sunday. Not commanded by the scripture . In fact Monday was commanded

About Americans traveling to Middle East for greener pasture. One thing you need to understand is that Americans especially are “worshipped” in the Middle East more than in America.

Who won’t leave their country and go to where they would be treated like kings. You can’t put yourself in the same shoes with Americans in UAE. Even with you having the same qualifications. Your Nigerian passport is a disadvantage to you in that regard. Many job openings in the UAE clearly indicate native English speakers or Americans are the qualifications for those jobs. I personally know an American that left her teaching job in a non profit organization school for children with special needs that paid her $25 per hour for another teaching job in the Middle East. So you want to tell me she moved to the Middle East because she was suffering in America like most Nigerians moving to the same Middle East. If you take the chats on that your Facebook group on face value alone, you will be mislead. Since you said they are Americans in the group.

After three months of unsuccessful frantic effort to land a job in UAE, I returned to Nigeria with a load of bed bugs and their eggs hiding in every sewing edges of my suitcase without me knowing. Can you imagine bringing bedbugs on a plane with you? I declared a total war on my bedbug infested suitcase the very day I landed. The room where I stayed for the whole three months was an overcrowded room with a lot of double decker beds like a hostel with all their mattresses laden with bed bugs hiding in them.

Although my visit to Dubai was never a waste because it eventually served as a travel experience for me in getting my US visa.
