Bibi, nawaaaaaoo!
You have definitely chosen to condemn the man. Anyways, the man worth that to have got such a money in his account.
But, lets just talk of our interest in this issue; do we think this matter is not going to affect we innocent citizens that will one day want to travel to UK or any other civilized country? Are u sure if our governor is jailed there, we will not be condemned by the whole world as evil-nation? A situation where you'll want to have a joint business with a foreigner and he hearing you are from Nigeria, will hands off immediately. Look at what happened when I was chatting in yahoo messenger's room where some one from Germany advertised a business he is into and will want someone to help him run>>>>> " PLS IF YOU ARE A NIGERIAN, YOU ARE NOT REFERRED. I'LL WANT SOMEONE INTERESTED IN COMPUTER-HARDWARES BUSINESS TO PM RIGHT NOW"
Just imagine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How can we then knowing our stand in the world, yet, help condemning ourselves? Are US better than us? Prove it, or, is being the world-power an immunity that protects them from their crimes? Let me know please!!! How many times have Nigeria been engaged in war? whereas, they US and others are shedding blood of innocent souls in the name of searching for chemical weapons which till today have not been seen.
Lets think twice

Abeg, make we relax watch them play nations cup.
My only prayer is that we are opportuned to meet Angolans during the nations cup so that we will let them know that, it was out of non-seriousness that we gave them the chance they had in Kano. By giving them 5-0 in nations cup, they can attest for themselves.

Is true my brother.
I'm pitying them too. Look at some one like Taiwo who wanted by all means to advertise his talents in Germany next year, now, all his efforts have been trashed upon by these stupid people they call NFA.
I am really stranded here.

I need consolation over here. None of my friends has come to my aide, they all have left me in this terrible mood crying over this misfortune.

Well, is a lesson NFA must learn.
I wish Okocha happy retirement.

Then, how sure are you that such opportunity of qualification will be waiting for you next time.
NOTE: Better make use of opportunity while it is there you because that opportinity might be needed when it is no more there.

Nigeria has learnt her lessons and God has forgiven them.
God has therefore given the match into their favour. Rejoice grin

Chxta has all his points real.
Let me give the  21st reason; The coach in one of his reasons for their must-win match said, "Nigeria needs a foreign coach and if I make Rwandans win this match, I will easily get the contract to coach their (Nigerian super eagles) team".
Whatelse can be more encouraging than a hope of coaching a whole Nigerian squard? Is too much. cheesy grin smiley
PoliticsRe: Bayelsa State Governor, Alamieyeseigha, Arrested In London! by drbigdaddyg(m): 9:10am On Oct 08, 2005
Nawa ooooooooooh!!!
That three of the children of Chief Alamieyeseigha namely Mr. Enetonbrapa Alamieyeseigha, Mr. Seleake Alamieyeseigha and Miss Embelakpo Alamieyeseigha paid into their accounts in Guaranty Trust Bank, Yenagoa Branch a total of N45,829,904.86 in one day (27/4/2005). These children are all students.
For students to have acquired such money in a country like this, that means we have gotten the solution of which has led so many of us to "Baba" in search for the cause of the incessant poverty in Nigeria; a situation where we toil the whole day  just to have three square meal that day.
Let them and their cohorts be bisected inorder to make sure no dime is left with them, then, whatelse undecided ok, jail them tongue

PoliticsRe: Separation of Religion and Government by drbigdaddyg(m): 11:17am On Oct 05, 2005
Lets fully concentrate on Nigeria. I have been able to observe from your posts so far that the impact or contributions of the "subject" are variable with countries.
Considering the situation in Nigeria, I feel we need to seperate Religion from Government. This is a country that is very sensitive to religion, which has suffered so many losses as a result of this religion of a thing. Let anyone who wants to worship sharia or christainity do, even to its extremism as long as it will keep him and others in peace. Thats my stand.
