We give You glory, and honour
You are the Lord, let Your Name be glorified!

Skimpy, my darling. I thank God for you! God is truly the God of the 11th hour, and He still has a lot of 11th hour surprise packages to give out on this thread.

I wish you happy and healthy 9 months. The cramps you are having are common. It's part of the package. However, if you think they are out of hand, see your doctor. In fact, see your doctor today to get your levels checked and monitored. The ONLY thing you should take on your own, apart from your prenatals, might be a progesterone supplement. Biko nne, no major pain killers now, everybody's body is very different in pregnancy. If the pain is too much, lie down, drink some warm tea. It will pass.

God, please surprise us with more 11th hour bfps!

Welcome Yosi5. May your stay here be short and sweet. Hmmm, the issue of your DH not wanting to test is more common than you think o. Guys process this in different ways. Put it in prayer, give him a little time, then present it in a sweet way, with your womanly wiles.

Having his sister and your doctor talk to him is not the way to go. Like sub_zidi said, it's btw u and him. Good luck!

Bajoba, if u mean 6 days after the end of af, then yes, it could be O. How long is your af? Did you use an opk? Or can you do a follicular scan?

The pain varies from person to person, but for it to prevent you from going to work? I think you should do a scan to see.

Twinnie, see am ooo. You can do this for fish as well. You will have to cover the fish in foil to prevent dryness, as it doesn't have the fatty skin chicken has.

AlwaysTrue, it's obvious that you're busy. I think that's your shortest post on NL. Lol

Daisycol, you don't determine your ovulation day like that. That is standard textbook ovulation. In real life, lots of women don't ovulate on the 14th day, or even half way. Ovulation can be much earlier, or later than the standard 14 day description.

To be sure, get opks, chart your bbt, or do follicular scanning. You can start testing by cd10, and you chart throughout your cycle. Good luck.

@Uteh...that's the problem. The longer it stays out, the harder it gets. Wow! I'm sorry it was wasted. Mine took less than 10 minutes to boil.

Twinnie, God bless you! You've paid Iyabetajos'
favour to you forward to Lizzy. Now Lizzy will pay
it forward to someone else. God will bless you
Twinnie

Uteh, what happened with the bean pasta? What was wrong? For the smoothies, you use a base of water or milk, no sifting. For juicing without a juicer, blend with a little water, then sift. Lol@akara! Men cannot kill me.

Ninz, tiger nuts are also called aki hausa.

Liz, pls leave me ooo. All this grammar on top of ACV. Wahala dey o!

Alwaystrue, I love bone broth. I use it as a base for egg drop soup, and other things.

Liz, I don't miss ice cream o with those shakes. You can also try pumpkin in place of the banana. You boil the pumpkin first, then freeze and blend. You have to add a little honey to sweeten sha, but it's delicious.
Then try adding a little cocoa powder and honey to the banana shake. Or add peanut butter...the possibilities are endless.

For the apple/cucumber, I prefer peeling the cucumber, but you don't have to.
