@Venuss, LWKMD. Before you get a juicer, you can use a blender, then sift. A juicer does better work sha. You should get very dry chaff.
I've seen a recipe using carrot chaff, but apart from that sha.. Na chicken feed o!

Born2bhappy, welcome. May your stay here be short and sweet.

As Mzora said, are you sure you didn't ovulate? If you are, please read up on Vitex and Vitamin B6 to induce ovulation. Also read reviews on Fertilaid and Fertilitea. Good luck!

Twinnie, yes, most of the recipes are for 2-4 (2, for african servings, 4, for oyinbo servings. Lol). Double all the ingredients apart from oil to feed more.

AlwaysTrue, I was going to ask that. I pray God gives me this kind of gift so I can share the Word in interesting ways with Zikora and Zuluito.
Food / Re: Recipes For The Fruitful Home by Dreamsinbc(f): 8:24pm On Nov 06, 2013
@Uteh, the ugu should be raw, no blanching.
For the cabbage, I think you should juice it (not blend).
For the black treacle, as long as it doesn't contain sulphur dioxide, it's unsulphured.
*the first choice would be blackstrap, as it contains selenium over the other ingredients contained in black treacle. Black treacle would be a close second
Food / Re: Recipes For The Fruitful Home by Dreamsinbc(f): 10:50am On Nov 06, 2013
@Twinnie, so true about scripture meeting every need. I continue to be surprised. For the bsm, pls check the place coco diva talked about. I think she mentioned bsm. Abeg, if you get, let us know the price. Thanks

@AlwaysTrue, Lol. The baking soda makes the muffins rise, which makes them lighter. The vinegar is expendable, but it will make the soda work much better. The important thing is DH liked it sha.

@alwaystrue, the vinegar isn't for the tang, in fact, you don't taste it at all. The vinegar activates the baking soda.

Alwaystrue, thank you for these verses. I'm getting new ways to read my bible. Manna recipe. Omo, na wa o. Coriander and honey in wafer-like texture? Abeg, I throw it open for suggestions.
E pass me o.

Muma, I'm glad you liked it..

Safe, Amazon is addictive o. Make your first order and be hooked. You need a shipper sha.
Food / Re: Recipes For The Fruitful Home by Dreamsinbc(f): 7:45am On Nov 05, 2013
@Onono Planet, na real African oyinbo. Lol.
BSM- blackstrap molasses. Read this to find out how it has helped people with different issues. www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/molasses.html

I recommended it here for people with small fibroids and cysts, and for energy in general.

Any ACV you get should have the cloudy substance in the bottom of the bottle (the mother). Braggs is one of the best, but someone told me Heinz now has the acv with the mother. I'd go with Braggs though.

For the smoothies, it depends on your digestive system. Some prefer to take it in the morning, some at night. If you can take it and don't need to rush to the loo, take it in the morning. If not, take it at night so it can work overnight.

I put up cabbage as a sub for cauliflower cos I know not all of us have access to cauliflower where we live.

No, zucchini isn't garden egg, eggplant is (a bigger, purple variety of garden egg). Zucchini is green, and some have the shape of a cucumber, although many are much larger.

Liz, have you read Amazon's reviews of Lyle's black treacle? Just continue your lemon water, etc. I'm sure you'll get the acv soon. And it's true o. I forgot you were preserving your figure 8. Safe, na wa 2 u ooo

Favored gal, e good as you ask me that vitamin a question o.

I always assumed vitamin a should be regulated in pg, but after reading deeply now trying to answer you, it seems there are 2 types of vitamin a, and that the one in carrot is safe to eat. Please read this:

www.babycenter.com/0_vitamin-a-in-your-pregnancy-diet_675.bc

Meanwhile try it and let me know, hope you'll like it.

@Alwaystrue, I'm glad it came out well. Cannot wait to put those cabbage rolls in action. God bless you.

Twinnie, ice cream ko, sharwarma ni. The problem with the icecream is the sugar content. If you can find low sugar icecream, splurge away.
You for eat just a little rice for the parri, nothing spoil.

There are treats o. If you can get dark chocolate (like 70%), you can melt some with coconut oil and a little honey to make a quick pudding.
