Um.. A co-worker is a co worker in an work environment and not a casual friend that you can just spark on.( Literally it's like kill or be killed in d jungle)

The work environment should be respected. Do not over familiarize your self personally with your co workers thus it will save you from any deep hurt/pain!

To your question, you may familiar your self with a coworker only , if you have studied him/her and you sure they are sincerely being friendly and open minded to You, then you can let your guard down but I still suggest ya all should try hard to keep dt familiarity outside the office environment.....

To be sincere familiarity in the office environment decreases productivity efficiency and may cause you ur Job..

I have come to realize something now, no matter - how free and open your office environment seems, never lose yourself... WORK ENVIRONMENT IS WORK ENVIRONMENT.. don't get personal with coworkers or bosses. just be a lil bit casual on talks and laughs (be controlled).... don't get personal...

You may get personal with a coworker who is open-handed to you and it shouldn't be in the office environment. I do hope someone can learn from this post.

I learned this the hard way, my days in my work are already numbered... I can feel it day by day!
