4) From 99 Till 2015, Lagos was in opposition to FG PDP so no capital investment was sighted there above other states.

Again, while all other regions have 7 & 6 states each, SE has just 5 meaning a massive loss PAYE tax that would have accrued to the region had it been they have 6 or 7 states.
