all4naija: You are joking, dude! We are going to be in group to get rid of you and your disturbance. One of us will close your mouth with something while I load good numbers of strong fist into your head and stomach before pushing you out of the premises.
Ur spirit is refreshing, but do u think that is where it will end. U r already calling for support to quell something u started on ur own, I do hope that ur body is bullet proof. Cos if not, then na ur fault cos u could have walked away with ur tail between ur legs just so u avoid 6 feet.

all4naija: If I am one of the ushers on that day I will beat the nonsense out of your head. It is good not to attend than to disturb the peace in the church.

Politics › Re: If Almighty Uk Can Break-up Peacefully, Why Not Nigeria? by drnoel: 5:55am On Dec 01, 2012
At this time, people talking about Nigeria bteaking apart are deceiving themselves. Nigeria will not break apart like this,...no not like this. Our leaders and forerunners spare heading that discussion are either too immature or too greedy and selfish to think clearly and see what good it will do the people. Rather, they think what good it will do them,... Nigeria is not breaking anything so the southeast, southwest and south-south are rather stuck together for the next few years at least until we have leaders who really have the interest of many at heart. Now we know this is a long shot in Nigeria if history is to be followed.

Politics › Orji Flags-off Rehabilitation Work On Bad Roads In Aba (re-election fever) by drnoel(op): 1:01pm On Nov 30, 2012
ABIA State Governor, Chief Theodore Orji Tuesday flagged-off the rehabilitation and construction of 16 roads in Aba, the commercial hub of the state, with a charge to the residents to monitor the quality of work the contractors.

The roads, all in Aba metropolis, include Ngwa road, Nwala by Faulks road, Azikiwe road, Jubilee and Cemetery roads.

Other roads to be worked on are Millerton Avenue, Eziukwu/Okigwe Roundabout, Ama Ogbonna and Ehere Road to Brass junction at Aba Owerri Road.

The others include Ngwa Road, Ohanku which is on-going, Emelogu Road, completed but to be added drainage, Ehere road, Omoba road, Umuola Road, Ikot Ekpene Road from Opobo junction to Bata, Amaogbonna/Omuma by ACCN, Nwigwe by Nwagba Avenue and Geometric assess roads.

Fagging-off the roads, Orji said it was in fulfillment of his promise that he would commence massive road rehabilitation in Aba city.

According to the Governor “we came here to do a great thing. We come to tell Aba people and the zone that we fully come to do the roads in Aba.

“As promised, rainy season has come and we have come to do what we promised. We don’t promise and fail. And I want to tell you that it is not only roads we are doing in Aba. We are doing other things”.

He recounted how kidnappers almost overran the commercial city, said that his administration fought them and chased them out of Aba and the state in general, a feat he said his government would be remembered for.

Assuring Aba people of his love and readiness to provide infrastructures in the city, the Governor reminded them that a diagnostic centre has been built at the Abia state University Teaching Hospital, Aba, and urged them to go there for their medical attention.

On why he uses “small” contractors, Orji said it was because of the lean resources available to the state, saying that the state could not afford to engage big contractors as Julius Berger, but assured the ones engaged by the state would do good work.

Pls someone should tell us who this governor is trying to deceive..

Sack Lamido Sanusi Now, NLC Urges FG
28 November, 2012
Politics

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has called on the federal government to sack the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, saying he was never qualified for the office in the first instance, and has shown more than enough incompetence and contempt for the Nigerian people.
Through its President, Abdulwahed Omar, the NLC was responding to a statement by Mr. Sanusi in which he recommended that the government sack 50% of its workforce in order to revive the economy.
“It has become obvious that there are some individuals parading the corridors of power who are not qualified to be anywhere around organizations saddled with the responsibility of developing policies for national development,” NLC said. “Since assumption of office as the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, all Sanusi’s major pronouncements have been either directly anti people or ruinous to the Nigerian economy.”
It asserted that the burden of wealth creation in Nigeria, like any other country, has been on workers, while some politicians and economic parasites like Sanusi over consume what the workers sweat to create, and that workers are the key driving force of all economies and only a hollow economist like Sanusi will underplay this.
“The major problems of the Nigerian economy are corruption and lack of good governance, and until we solve these problems our economy will continue in comatose,” the statement continued, pointing out the irony that while President Jonathan is promising to create more jobs, Sanusi is calling for mass sack of civil servants in a country with one of the highest number of unemployed.
