It is finished.....at least now we know where they stand. It saddens my heart to say that the country has bleak days ahead of it if our leaders can see white and call it black.

kelvincoll: Snap outta it dude.. Ohazuruike said so means all ibos said so? Moreover i doubt Rochas or anyother Gov would need endorsement from Massob, Arewa, OPC to win presidential election. it would only boil down to his performance all through his tenure. Stufs like this happens everywhere not just the ibos, However If Hausas were 100% united, Buhari, Atiku would be sitting presidents now maybe Tinubu would have had his way in Ondo state too... wink wink wink
I see we here a Rochas stooge

lekanolas: Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State is not a true Igbo leader, it was learnt at the weekend.

The Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) Director of Information, Mr. Uchenna Madu, said that Governor Okorocha would have been denied the governorship ticket of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), if the MASSOB leader, Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, had not brought him to the late Emeka Odumegwu- Ojukwu, the then leader of the party.

He said Chief Uwazuruike presented Okorocha to Ojukwu even as Dim Ojukwu was not comfortable with him because he (Okorocha) was anti-Igbo

Madu said: “When Chief Uwazuruike brought Okorocha to the late Ojukwu, the latter did not like him because of his anti-Igbo stance.

“At that time, there was urgent need to replace the former Imo State Governor Ikedi Ohakim, who had brought fake treasonable charges against Chief Uwazuruike.”

He said Ojukwu would not have accepted Okorocha as the governorship candidate of APGA, but Chief Uwazuruike pleaded on his behalf.

Yet again history intends to be repeat itself cos of the selfishness and the hypocrisy of tyrants who want by all means to be recognised. Sometimes I ask if the only solution to all these shit would not be to just wipe all these old men that fell that cos of their status they can distract people with true intents.

sheyguy: Where OBJ cruised through with bravery GEJ is stuck and as expected of him he prefers to go criticise the OBJ approach in order to justify the glaring flaws in his handling of his fellow PDP member going wild - BH.
Maybe you are right but also remember where a OBJ failed badly GEJ excelled with honours.

Good idea from GEJ, he seem to know the importance of the road.
I support GEJ's move but his comment "about the status of the road, I leave to those using it". Did not go well with me.

chaircover: Anyone can start rumors and anyone can get the wrong end of the stick. My sisters and I had an innocent night out of Friday and one guy kept on standing close to our table. Anyone looking in from afar would have thought that we knew the guy and started rumors LOL, yet we didnt know the guy from adam.

You said rumors . . .has anyone caught him with his hand in the cookie jar? if you want to make a case against this man, then you need to have better evidence than rumors.
True talk brother but people carrying the rumors are people that seem to know him

ITbomb: Sometimes we are forced to speak in tongues.
Have u ever been to a church and Pastor say just open ur mouth and flow and u open ur mouth but nothing comes out, the pastor with authority keep on intimidating u and u don't want to be the one that is making the pastor ineffective and u start speaking nonsense then he pushes u and u just have to fall so that he can move over to the next person.
I thank God for brother. Have friends who have told me the samething, but I have Neva put myself in that kind of situation. I don't pretend most especially not in church. If the pastor doesn't like it he or when can go and jump...

coogar: her uncle or her sugar daddy?
please elaborate - when you say "uncle", i am thinking her father's sibling or her mother's sibling......so which is which?
well at least she told u something but pls explore the topic to the end. Don´t crucify her for telling u the truth cos she could have with-held the truth from u and u won´t be any wiser. So sit her down and get the whole story from her just so that if and when u decide to walk down the aisle with her, u both do so with clean hearts.

filani: @ Drnoel

My post was in direct response to the mind set displayed in Coogar's post I.e 'whatever is wrong with the dating scene in naija is all men's fault' .
I do not believe that any one gender is responsible for the way things are today. Both Genders have a hand in the wahala and both Geners will have to tallk to themselves honestly in order to make it better.

You casually indict men who are not quick too marry as being 'immature' but you are silent on ladies who play the field with multiple Guys, stringing each of them along . Hmmm..... Double Standards much?

In summary let there be no hypocrisy in our dealings with each other.

'With the measure by which ye judge others , ye yourselves shall also be judged.' - Matthew 7:2
Now as I read Ur post I agreed with all u said but for the part about double standard. Yea I may sympathize with our naija sisters but that does not mean I am partial towards them. I know they also have their fault in the matter.
If u saw some of my previous posts u'd see what I mean. Yea am aware women do string men along. Its probably also one of the reasons why men find it hard to trust but it all has to end one day. It also does not excuse men having to pursue skirts in the name of Ms right. We as people and human beinghave to mature and wise-up.
