There are stories of marriages crashing, especially celebrity marriage. It has really discouraged alot of young people out there who are looking forward to getting married someday, like me. From the stories I've heard from the divorce marriages, I've noticed that most of them just endure the marriage irrespective of the unpleasant situations they are facing . The question is, is Marriage supposed to be enjoyed or endured?

Personally, I can't endure a marriage. This is because they are two things that are very important to me in my life. My happiness and my security. If these are taken away from me, I would lose my sanity. I cannot stay in a house where I would be beaten. I might be beaten to death. And I can't leave my father's joyful house and come to a house where I cannot be happy. A house where I would be moody and sad all the time. I would also try my best to change the situation. So if my life is at stake, and I'm not happy in a marriage I would pack my bags and go. That's me.

I did not wish to comment here and increase all who shall come to give counsel but I think it needful to slip this is because The Lord has visited you and your walk with Him has begun. Blessed are you when the Lord Visits you.

And therefore I give you these tips.

Having been visited by the Lord, there are many many things you have to learn (And Must learn) and you are going to learn them all by yourself.

One of which is, what you are going through already, which is, "you can do nothing (good) without Christ".

That is what God is showing you and you have seen it, but you do not understand.

Another Lesson is that He is showing you your nature, that you are a professional sinner of the best quality, if and when He lives you alone.

There are other lessons here but you are supposed to discover them. (I went through that and many more myself, but I rejoice today because of those lessons).

Keep pondering, keep observing, keep asking for the Lord's Assistance and Learn the Lessons.

You would not be Promoted to the next set of lessons unless you have passed this one.

As my own response to the thread demonstrates, I believe that there is instruction as to the form that Christ's Resurrection took, and I believe that the Bible teaches that our hope is resurrection, so I am convinced that what the Bible has to say about what that Resurrection will be like is that much more important.

For I think you missed the weight where our Lord clearly says "My words are spirit and Life (Life, which we are pursuing). By the direct literal interpretation, one must come to the conclusion that Christ is saying that Life is Found in His Words.

Which Words? Answer = All that He Taught!

His resurrection was just to Show Us How Great He is (among all the other Greatness He had Shown Us already eg Devils took permission from Him, fed a stadium of people etc) and that death, is His servant, like us, therefore, we should have no fear of it.

For death, listens to Him and does His bidding as Proven by Lazarus, the young lad and Darius' Daughter, then Finally, Himself! Wow what a Great Performance He Put up for us to see and know that He is the Lord indeed!

With that Performance, He dealt a great crushing of all that we fear whether diseases or devils or hunger etc.

As Christ would say an evil tree must bear evil fruit, a good tree, good fruit, Nothing must bear nothing (Nothing can come out from nothing as we say) and Something must bring up something conversely.

So also death (Adam/Eve) must give birth to death (us) and Life (Christ) must give birth to Life (us when we eat His Flesh and drink His Blood, Which is His words (Teachings).

"Verily, verily, If a man keep my sayings, he shall never see death" John 8:51.

Granted that all we need in order to have eternal life is faith that Jesus Christ, God Who became Man, died for our sins and was raised from the dead for our justification, every single truth in the Bible is life-giving. Just as we have been born again through faith in the Gospel, we must grow up spiritually by learning, believing, and obeying everything that the Bible teaches.

I think you misunderstand, I am referring strictly to the post about the Form of the Lord after His Proof of Godship over death that we fear, that His Form is not relevant and that it does not give Life but it is His Words, we are to Follow.

There is really no Instruction as to His Form after His resurrection, but rather we admonished to Remember All That He Had Taught Us.
