Went to the location where it should be and found out (from the logs i made) i deleted them around November  

The FW Extenstions and Commands, how large are they(put together)? That would determine what transfer medium to use.

I don't understand what you mean by writing javascript on the serverside however I want to add this.
Even if the javascript is carrying the Presidential seal (of US ofcourse not Nigeria, we don't have a president. . .how much more a seal) it won't run as long as javascript is turned off or disabled by the browser

The above will only apply if you want to set up your reseller account to host sites for the general public. If it is an in-house thing for just your sites and sites for your clients you wont need all that.

The technical aspect will have to be with you managing your sites with a web application like Webhost Manager (WHM).

You really dont have much to do, technically as a reseller.
The technical burden is on the administrator(s) of the server you reseller account is running on.
