The risk we take is way too much . Your POF is for your studies

It takes one example for ECOs to start requesting for these statements from all applicants

To answer your questions, if it hasn't expired you can use it

To answer your questions yes you can

Please and please your POF is for your studies
You do know that If an NSF is requested you will be expected to submit the previous and current statement no gaps in-between

And the moment there is a gap, pray the ECO doesn't request

This type of risk is too high to take and if it goes south then it's your fault

Thanks for your response. I am returning the money back before 12 Midnight today. My biometric date (yet to find one) will be at the dead end of August. So if a Pof related NSF is sent my fresh 28days will be set by 7th of September.
You didn't answer my question, can I use my statement from June 22 to July 20 for the biometrics since it fall between the 31days validity period specified by UKVI? Thanks

Please and please do not use expired documents in your application

For the transcript Unilag should be familiar with the process, they will prepare and address your transcript and send it directly to your Uni, I know you will have to pay for the cost of it though and they will request for your Uni's address

What If an NSF is sent requesting for an up to date statement what will you do?

Unless the funds were used for Uni purpose and you can provide verifiable evidence

I just checked my statement. I maintained the required sum between 22nd of June & 20th of July (28day). So can I print my statement for the aforementioned period and submit for my biometrics even though my current balance isn't same as that period? Thanks for your assistance

If you paid your IHS and submitted your visa application today it means your POF is barely 15days

Why didn't you wait for 28days before submitting your visa application

It seems people are baiting with ECOs make dem no use you so example

Log back into your sign in page from UKVI, go to the section that says provide biometrics, it will take you to the TLS site then click track to see what stage your application is

People move all the time

Because TB and CAS are recent documents they should have your recent address.

The address on bank statement being different shouldn't be a concern however if you can update it please do,it is good practice

Simple error I won't be bothered

If you want to correct both address you will need to wait for a new CAS to be issued and pay for TB certificate correction

You also don't need an affidavit or cover letter for this

My opinion though

If the address was Olakunle Street Lagos and you put Aminu Street Abuja then that's a concern

This is just an error in mixing plots and blocks

I used my parent's address because I'm not in Lagos so I mistakenly described it incorrectly on my TB and CAS details, I used Block 18, plot 20A instead of Plot 18, block 20A but on my bank statement I used the correct address.

People are in different situations when it comes to tracking

Some people even get collection mails when the tracker shows received at DMC

Please be patient and wait for your collection mail

1.You are on track with the accommodation answers and No booking with air b n b and hotel is required

2. You are also on track with NYSC and ECO's are not particular about it and will not be a reason to refuse visa.

I am currently filling online visa application for someone that will complete NYSC Next month. Please note that she is travelling with her husband.

1. For the question of where she will stay in the UK, we used the school's address.
For the question of if she will be staying elsewhere in the UK, we said No.
For the question of if any fee has been paid to the school for accommodation, we also said No (This is defendable because school will most likely have accommodation discussions after visa is granted)

My question is that, I hope the ECO will not raise further questions because we chose NO for the question of if she will be staying elsewhere in the UK?
If it would be an issue, should we consider booking a hotel or Airbnb?

2. The question of if she has worked in the Armed forces or National service.
Should we just select NO and move on since she wouldn't have completed the programme as at date of visa application?

In addition, Are ECOs particular about the NYSC thing? If they are, it is possible an ECO says he or she won't grant Visa until evidence of completion of NYSC ( Discharge Certificate) is provided.

Please share your thoughts as well as case study if any.

Go to the international section, select Nigeria you will see the correct figure

It has nothing to do with your CAS, so nothing is expected of you. That being said there is no harm in advising your Uni on the change of status

During your visa application please ensure you use the right one i.e Married if you are

Now there's a consideration on doing the needful before January and just take Dependant (spouse) along. Does this change have anything to do with CAS issuance with school or it's just a matter of updating that at the VISA application stage. In other words, what is one expected to do since new CAS issuance is now Oct/Nov.

Do you mean wrong course level?

There is no harm in providing a cover letter but then again it is already captured in your CAS and the ECO has access to it

It will either be a letter from school confirming his study, his address and who is perhaps responsible for his fees

2. Since we don't have NHS in Nigeria, you could add a letter from the hospital stating same address and responsibility i.e You paying medical bills and making his health decision

3. If you give steady upkeep for his school via is bank statement then you can also provide that

I will be applying for my visa next week. I have a child (17 year old) who would be finishing his A Level exams early November while my course start Sept 26th. He is applying as a dependent (the father is late).

1. How long are the visa Vignette validity now? 30 days or 90 days?
2. Should I apply for his visa now and then he join me immediately after his exams in November
3. If the Vignette is 30 days and it expires before he enter UK what is the implication? Will his BRP still be available by Nov? Can he apply for a new Vignette if the old one expires before he travels or he will have to start a fresh visa Application?
4. Should I wait and apply for his dependent visa after his exams in November?
