The bolded might be the reason why you got this NSF

A cover letter addressing all your refusals and misplaced visit visa

1. Scanned copy of UK refusals

2. Any evidence of both Canada and Myanmar applications since you lost the passport

It's important to address the relevant travel history section during your visa application so this sort of NSF is not received

The above is the NSF mail I received in my spam message.
Please I need your input on this.


Firstly, I declared an unsuccessful Canada visa application but I couldn't find the refusal letter again although it's not a ban. Please how do I address this?

Secondly, I have a Myanmar visitor visa around 2013/2014 but have lost the passport and didn't have the soft copy which I didn't declare because I've lost the passport for long.

Though I have still have my 2 UK visa refusal letters which I declared.

Please how do I go about this?
I will appreciate everyone's opinion and advise on this

Can the bank statement for the POF be used if it is more the 31days old? It was okay at the time of the visa application but due to the biometrics date scheduling it would be more than 31days and I have opted for the assisted service. Do I have to print another one for the biometric appointment?

The person should be able to pay on your behalf, the reason could be perhaps verification from the person's end

I tried to pay my ihs fee with a card that belongs to someone I know in the UK. The ihs fee of 895dollars was successful and I tried paying the visa fee I got declined. What I noticed was that the ihs does not have billing address but the visa fee after the card details part underneath i was seeing my details fullname and my Nigerian address and Nigerian phone number. I tried inputting the uk card details it was declining. Please can't I use another person's card to pay for the visa or what is the way out? And its the same worldpay checkout. Please declare your visa refusal

You don't need to attach the letter, a summary of the type of visa that was refused, the month and year and the reason should be sufficient

Hubby, who happens to be my dependant was refused a Canadian visa in 2012 to attend a conference. He has lost the refusal letter since its over 10 years, any advice please in case the ECO request for refusal letter or its better not to state it in the application.

The only concern will be to ensure the visa vignette on the passport doesn't expire before they travel

Alternatively they can apply after you however the ECO may request for your evidence of POF to ensure the funds are not recycled between MA and Dependants

Let's start from the statement it seems so however the subject to change also means they could either move the deadline entirely or still accept deposit from students after the deadline.

In your scenario, if you have been debited,the school should be able to confirm immediately, if not you should chase up to confirm thet have received it

If they receive if after the deadline you can argue with the date the debit was made to say you paid your deposit before that

You can't get an appointment in a different TLS and show up in another TLS with a cover letter stating an error.

It doesn't work that way.I also know there is a declaration confirming you will be attending the appointment before the TLS selections made.

There are rules for a purpose in this case cover letter doesn't suffice

TLS employees won't even let you show up for an appointment with a different TLS location booked

At the moment you shouldn't worry about study gap since it is just 4years.

If you so get an NSF please submit your business registration and tax documents (meaning you have to get it registered)

First you need to confirm if you were banned after being caught using a fake bank statement

You have to declare your ban/refusal whichever the case may be and give reason why in the relevant section and you have to be honest

The probability of getting a visa is not up to us but the ECO, if you have a ban I may advise to serve your ban appropriately before applying for a visa.

You can't mix and match application at specific TLS

Two options. First is going to tls ikeja to ask if the person can do a walk in with them in ikeja secondly is let the VI person go VI. Visa officer wants to look at the application not place of application. Ensure all documents that will support the visa are uploaded and a small write up should be written regarding this honest mistake quoting all the gwf of other applicants so the VO can be aware. Just my own opinion. Others may have better one but cancelling is not a good option tbh

In the course of filling visa forms and paying for IHS, they mistakenly picked Ikeja TLS for one dependant instead of VI which they intend having their Biometric. They now have 3 at VI TLS while one in Ikeja TLS. They could have cancel that of Ikeja and wait for refund while they do fresh application for that Dependant but they don't have more money to do so. please what's the advice for them? Because at the point of applying for your visa it is assumed that you have fulfilled all the conditions in granting you a visa , one of the conditions will be ensuring you have evidence of your maintenance funds in a statement for 28days


So I ask you, if you apply and pay for your visa , have you fulfilled that condition?
