My wife is the main applicant for the sept study in the uk, but we had our baby last 2 months and its been difficult to get the babys international passport, although the baby had been capture. At the moment, the pof for 3 had started counting because of the time constrain, paradventure the babys inter. pssprt wont come out at the end of the 30 days pof period. Can the same bank statement serve for the baby if her international passport comes at the 31 days after pof maturation?

My partner arrived the UK since 9th of June, but she has not been able to collect her BRP. The BRP is supposed to be with my University, which I chose as Alternative Collection point. But my University said they don't have it.
She has gone to the nearest Post Offices that receives BRP from UKVI, yet none of them have it. Please, anybody know what else we should do about it.
NB: she can't also see her decision letter.

Your brother needs to show he has sole parental custody of his daughter with a court order please not affidavit.

If he has that,i'll add that he should also include a letter of consent from the child's mum saying she is happy and approves the trip

Bear in mind the court order will be verified and worse now since the ongoing case with former senate President

Does a Canadian Visa refusal and BAN affect UK student visa application.

Please advise: a friend got Canadian Student visa refusal due to Insufficient Funding in 2011 and also got Canadian BAN in 2012 for using fraudulent Account statement. The ban was for 2 years which expired in 2014.

Now, he is currently processing UK student visa and doesn't know how this history would make or mar his UK Students Visa application he's currently processing.

Should he declare the refusal and the ban for the 2011 and 2012 respectively or he should only declare the refusal in 2011 alone or kuku make the two as refusals and be silent about the ban?

For the sake of people in similar situation, isn't it better the funds remains in the partners account and he writes a financial consent letter than he transfering the money to the student's? I believe that will kind of eliminate or reduce the tendency of them probing more on the students ability to fund themselves or the source of the funds in the account.

You have to really address this issue.

Your cover letter should be very solid and convincing,

Confirm you have received their request to provide documents and state however you have been a full time stay home mom since you gave birth to your kids,explain how long and why you chose this path, explain how your husband has been incharge of the expenses and link all that to why you have now decided to go for Masters.

This is going to be tough one but I believe being honest is better.

Thinking of any additional document you might need, if any I will add more

While i was filling the application form. On this section, If I pick YES it will ask me to enter dependant information including their International Passport number. Without intl passport number it wont go to next stage.
I have wife and 1 kid. But there passports is not even near ready neither are they going with me.

If you had a study gap then you should have submitted documents to cover the gap

Since you haven't worked this seems abit tricky, can I ask a question

1.how do you take care of your expenses?

2.Can the person provide a cover letter on your behalf?
3. You might need to write one yourself explaining the situation saying you have been a full time stay home mom since your kids birth due to XYZ reasons and attach relevant documents i.e kids birth certificate, pictures etc.

The fear now is questions being raised on how you could afford to study when you haven't been in a full-time employment.

However, a friend in GTB said one could initiate a formA application filling the school western union details therein but I feel it’s just like the usual formA thingy.

The question lies with the bank to confirm if they can process your payment using Western Union
Not sure where that leaves form A and if this might be an alternative.

Why hubby was filling the ihs payment part, the Nqf7 question, he filled no just for his and later corrected for the kids as they are coming to join me. He has paid for himself and kids but made a mistake there. We are yet to upload documents so someone said we should write a letter of correction informing the visa he clicked no instead of yes while some one said there is no need for the letter.

We need help oo, can he go ahead and upload the correction letter together with his documents

The only concern would have been if they are applying at a different time but that is not the case

Once a TLS location is selected you can't change it anymore unless you cancel and start all over.

That is the risk of checking 2 locations at the same time when you intend to go to one together
