No you don't need to,

Once you have been issued CAS you can proceed with your visa application.

I always advise to update the statement again ( reprinting another 28 or more days) for your visa application but you can use the previous statement you printed as long as it is within 31days.

If possible pay your full tuition, that means your CAS will show that and you only need to show your maintenance funds.

Another benefit is that you don't need to overwork yourself to pay fees, you can do the allowed 20hrs per week and focus on your studies.

For your US refusal you can approximate the month and year, so you would say Around January 2012 for instance.

Interesting you are applying for both. Canada and UK study visa,you can't be in these 2places at the same time na. Anyway, your Canadian application irregular to this.

With the SA were you deported or voluntarily left?,no one can tell how this might affect your current application

Second question I have one Canada student refusal in 2019,and I applied for another one in 2021 December but up till now I haven't heard any decision from Canadian embassy on my application I have sent several webforms but nothing yet,how do I state the current one on my UK visa application?
And 3rd question,I have overstayed in SA before on my old passport,please will it have any effect on my student visa application?

Yes these jobs will need you to show you have the right to work.

If you have collected your BRP and can print out the document to show you have applied for your NIN(it usually has a reference code) you can apply for these jobs too


And just like @Ugmama said, these are the jobs most students even do when they first arrive before trying to pitch for other jobs. They are in no way little

Can you try and have a go at it

Consider your journey through BSc, key modules,skills and learning experience you have gained, link that up to after study experience you have gained so far and perhaps the reason you are chasing business related course now
Write about how the course fits into your career and what you aim to achieve after your studies. Throw in abit of passion here and there

Share the draft here and people can help comment on it

Ps there are draft samples on Google you can use and make changes to

Please proceed with your TB test with the soon-to-expire passport.

But kindly note that when your new passport comes out you'll have to go back to IOM to update the passport number on your certificate. THIS SERVICE COST 8,500.

And also note that the TB certificate has a 6months validity, so plan accordingly.

It depends on your location and how soon you can sort the rest of the documents i. BRP, NIN, get accommodation etc

There are lots of apps but my fave is Indeed ,narrow it to your area and job of interest.

There also some recruitment agencies local to your area you can walk into and apply for jobs.

P.S there's nothing like petty jobs

POF can be uploaded as a single or separate document but please specify your application that you have uploaded 2 bank statement at different currency so it isn't overlooked.

IHS is a set fee calculated per year and broken down into months if you have a longer visa duration (more than 1year).
I am yet to see anyone pay more IHS with the same visa duration, i.e same 1year and more fees.if you do pay more it is because your visa duration is longer.

Can your friend kindly send you a link that justifies what he said about higher IHS and same visa duration?
P.S this is under the same visa catergory (in this case student visa) IHS for other visa catergories will differ

I am surprised the court asked if you wanted it back-dated, does it still make it authentic and verifiable?

My opinion would be to submit both church and court certificates.You could add in your additional information/any comment section that 2 certificates are submitted,one is church and then you took a break to raise the family and decided to do a court marriage recently.

Add your proof of relationship i.e dating and wedding pictures, family pictures,text, chats,emails etc, bills paid together that has both names, vacation pictures/payment it could be anything.

Randomly select them at different months and years , make a lovely collage on a word document indicating what is what with dates) and submit

That should be sufficient

So you are saying we should go ahead and put the current date we want to do the court wedding, and we won't have issues during our visa application.

2. After some years? I assume you are applying for student visa right? You do know that you can't bring your dependants when on PSW.

If you do decide to wait for years then you follow the requirements of the visa catergory you will be for your dependants when it is time
One steady document will be birth certificate,the others will depend on the visa category
