If you find yourself in a position where you may have to defend yourself against your lover or date.  You can always aim for the nuts!  Make sure you grab that nuts with all your might and ram it toward the scrotum cradle.  I promise you that would keep him disabled so that you can run or walk to safety.

I can show you a few self defense techniques against your male attackers.  I am very good in self defense and I only used it once.  The guy that called himself trying to show me his macho-ness regretted bleeping with me.

Seems the fans at Cardiff are really taking well to JET

some quotes:

So strong on the ball, good pace, unhurried, and there is a swagger, an arrogance about him.
This guy is going to be a fan's favourite and a tremendous asset in the promotion push.
A tremendous signing
Thought he looked a little nervous but he's strong as an ox and looks like he has pace to burn good showing today and i think there's a lot more to come IMHO Arsenal have a real talent on their books
Of course there will be other days with other types of performances and comments but I think its fair to say, Dr. Kit's favorite nigga aint disappointing yet. grin grin

Seems like we are setting ourselves up for the kind of 'good problem' we now have with lots of CM type players  by buying pacy wide players.
Wellington, Miyaichi and Chamberlain are all in the Theo type mould in terms of pace but seem to be more comfortable on the ball than Theo is.

This could actually mean the end of a big money signing of Hazard despite Arsene's talk as these players are all about the same age and if anyone of them goes on to mature quickly as I expect of Wellington in particular, the variation of players in our team would be unbelievably immense. It is also interesting to note that both Miyaichi and Wellington can also play as support strikers while Chamberlain's father says he can also play as a CM.

He is even shielding and retaining the ball well these days and making the right decisions.  shocked shocked
ebo wa ti gba, a dupe.
So many players stepping up and finally delivering more than glimpses of the promise they initially showed.
Nasri, Theo, Djorou have been questioned in the past and even Fabianski's hands seem to flap no longer.
All that remains is the miracle for Abou's legs so that he can finally become Zidane. grin grin
Long may this continue in goonerland.

Saw snippets of JET's debut, had a direct hand in 2 goals with one of them an assist with a nice delivery into the box from a short corner routine. Played mostly in MF as Bellamy, Chopra and Bothroyd also started. Cardiff lost 4-1 to the same team during the reverse fixture in december. I think they want to ensure that automatic promotion placement they've narrowly missed out on in recent seasons and with this squad and our loanees they should do it.

This has nothing to do with not winning a trophy in a long while (ok, maybe a little to do with it) but the fact remains we CANNOT win every match passing the ball. In games past we used to lose matches when teams like Stoke and Bolton roughen us up a bit but we have added that aspect of playing tough to our game and it has seen us 'dominate' those teams in recent time. There's nothing, absolutely nothing wrong in having a plan B when we need a goal and the seconds are ticking away. I agree, its not a guarantee that we'l score but if you ask me, I think if well practised, it gives us a wider option.
If Plan B actually guarantees a goal, why not have it as Plan A in the first instance?  undecided
despite all this talk about Plan B and Plan Z, if I'm not mistaken Arsenal is in the top 3 for scoring late goals in the last 3 seasons, infact we once became known for it and we didn't achieve that by lumping balls forward.

Definitely there should and there usually is an injection of urgency into play as time winds down, but to start kicking balls forwards changing the shape of yur team also leaves yu vulnerable.
Statistics can often become skewed if you only view them from a single perspective.

@proudly9ja

Pumping the ball forward with time running away is a desperate attempt to score which not surprisingly doesn't work everytime but works on some days. There is a way a team is set out to play and the personel it requires to play that way.

Of what use is lumping balls into an opponent's box if you don't have tall people upfront to win the balls in the first instance? undecided
Arsenal is not Stoke and that is why they are where they are in the table consistently and we are where we are.

All this talk is just due to desperation of not having won any trophy for quite a while, I will refer you to the Spanish team at the world cup which lost to Switzerland in their opening match playing the same way they played all the way to the final.
The truth about the way Arsenal plays is that if the team is not 100% switched on, then we can lose to anybody but on our day we can also beat anybody.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (R.I.P Bawomolo). by duduspace(m): 7:22pm On Jan 21, 2011
Besides what exactly is wrong with the way we play? I absolutely love it to bits and wouldn't stand for that kain negative mentality to football. Football started as a sport to be enjoyed first of all before you get to the competitive side of it.
Why exactly does 4ll3rbuntu think everyone was blasting Man shitty when they came to pack the bus? undecided
The only thing left for this team is to actually go out and win and with each passing day, they convince me that they are getting closer.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (R.I.P Bawomolo). by duduspace(m): 5:38pm On Jan 21, 2011
@4ll3rbuntu

Everyone here feels your pain and go through it too, I don't think anyone is happy always being close and never quite getting there. The question we need to ask is why? and there are a lot of differing explanations from different perspectives which are equally acceptable in my opinion, some preffer to lay it all at Arsene's feet, some look beyond Arsene and the entire PL/fooball system as a whole. Whichever one you choose to place the blame on (if you are only interested in fixing the blames and not investigating issues) is fine as everyone is entitled to their say.
All every true fan needs to focus on is not to throw the baby out with the bath water and condemn everything even reasonable things that others outside the club appreciate, it mostly sounds childish.

You keep going on about Denilson, why not look at Wilshere instead and consider that at 19 the flaws present in Denny's game aint in his?  undecided
mind you, the first set of youngsters brought in at the age of 9 to arsenal (just like the La Masia system) is Jack Wilshere about 10 years ago and 4 years after Arsene arrived. Henry Lansbury and co were brought in at 11 years old about the same time.
Before then, Arsenal was limited in the talent pool available to them and only targetted teenagers within a certain radius of highbury. It was Arsene who revolutionised the scouting system to make it global.

I personally don't believe the flaws in Denny's game is due to coaching, in my opinion its got to do with his physical limitations and general attitude to the game more than anything else.
