True word Doki, make Leeds chop cane tomorrow first. Should we be happy or sad that City have gotten Dzeko? na to dey worry in advance for next season? ![]() Only thing I can say is, its not our place City will be taking in the Top 4. ![]() Anyway, enof of worrying about the long term, wetin dey happen tomorrow Doc? na pankere yu dey prepare for the buys abi na or-gy? |
debosky:Haba Debo, even our 3rd team should be able to beat Ipswich naa. , I no fear at all, Ipswich beating us would be like Fatai Onikeke beatin Mayweather. |
dipo2much:You better nor mind those boys dem, they'll just give you unnecessary migraine, their stock in trade is to twist what you said completely out of context. If you say Arsenal could catch Manure, they'll jump in and say yu meant Manure will go tits up in the next game? and then remind you of everything Manure has won before as if that has anything to do with how the season will go. Dem time go soon come, na so all those chelsea boys dey flex after double last season, na all our eyes go see am. I see Manure on a downward spiral, anyone wey no like my opinion make he go enter bush. ![]() |
eldee:I can't wait for his loan deal jare, its obvious Arsene has no first team plans for him this season. proudly9ja:stop that thing joo, the whole incident deserved nothing more than yellows to both of them. I've actually seen worse gone unpunished in this league. its the farcical FA at work again tryin to show us up. Na dem Selenge be dat at least we have the squad depth to cope. |
dipo2much:I strongly believe they will as well, I don't think they can get away with grinding out these results all through the season, they wobbled early on when they didn't have the Vidic/Rio combo, if anything breaks that partnership cards, medium to long term injury or sudden loss of form that could be our opportunity. |
So City came and got a draw abi, as oga patapata talk am, they can choose to play anyhow they like. They got what they came for at the end of the day so credit to them but there is a good reason why even Mourinho was never able to sell out Stamford Bridge despite winning all he could, people do appreciate beauty when they see it on display. I am rather glad for the following reasons: 1. We gave a good performance and seem to have gotten the confidence boost expected from beating chelsea, if only we could play Manure tomorrow, this is a good time to meet them. 2. We had 2 clean sheets in a row, maybe we're starting to get the balance between offence and defense right and its good to see Djorou this much improved, we really forced the issue in this game but didn't fall prey to counter attacking as we continually did last season. 3. A direct PL title rival came to the Emirates and parked the bus, maybe others really fear us more than they claim in the press. Overall, this team progresses nicely in my opinion and with each passing game, the really young exceptional players are stepping up and showing their worth while the likes of Rosicky and Arshavin are being pushed to the fringes but should still be able to give us something when squad depth is required. Now boys, go and get that Carling cup first of all and them come and show people how to ball. Yes, one more thing, they can now go ahead and get Dzeko, I hope they aren't this negative when they go to OT as they could do us a huge favour. |
@Nateevs For his age, McE is brilliant and he is IMO on track to become top 6 PL team quality. He might also get the opportunities like Cesc got if Chelsea stick to their youth policy. I still wouldn't place him at the same level with Ramsey or Jack though, watch those boys well, its not just cos they play for Arsenal, they are exceptional. |
presido1:You don mara ![]() presido1:Are they still Arsenal players? last time I saw them they were wearing blue and not red. ![]() |
presido1:So why aren't all Manure players kicking boots at each other and getting their faces stitched as Old red nose did to Becks? at least Arsene has never commited common assault on his own player. are you a lawyer for water bottles? |
this is the silliest statement on a football forum. for a russian who spent $1.2 billion on a single yacht(eclipse), pumping $200 million on chelsea is child's play. you need to learn a bit more about finances before opening your mouth cos you would get found out. roman is still utterly minted and this is why one can never really rule chelsea out of this title race. 3 victories back to back will propel them back to the title race.
Na yu dey help am mint money for him house? resources can only be ever unlimited in your warped econonmic logic abi yu dey related to Idi-Amin?
you are not on a wind-up. you are just not too smart to grasp nateev's points. peter kenyon/frank arnesen ruined chelsea. they gave roman this fake belief chelsea would be a profitable venture like man utd by 2008-9 circa which was never going to happen because of various reasons.
Naa, its you thats coked to yur eyeballs and unable to grasp simple concepts or in this instance unable to interprete them effectively. The points you mention completely validates my stand on Roman and his prior expenditure on Chelsea.
history suggests united get stronger in the 2nd half of the season.
Stop typing yur posts while perched precariously on your toilet seat with a sandwich in yur hand. History also tells us Manure won the Carling cup last season, are they going to win it this season? NO |
debosky:In Cou-gar's demented mind he is, has everyone quickly forgotten Monsieur Gravel (the great black hope of Sauron) Morrison? If I recall he was miles ahead of Wilshere according to Sauron. ![]() |
presido1:Na Arsene be him papa? abi na Arsene suppose teach am manners? |
tensor777:true word. |
DAMN, stop putting up those stories abeg Buzugee, do you want to prevent me from getting a wife? are Nigerian men really this violent and lackin in emotional coping mechanisms? ![]() |
buzugee:I hope you realise that the killing can go both ways though and shouldn't even be considered an option? ![]() I remember having a serious quarrel with my mum when she was implying that the woman was to blame in this instance after we heard the story. |
God bless Blazay, I've learnt not to take sides after hearing only one side of a story. I feel for the OP but I aint takin sides, there is a reason why the law allows for divorce and annulment, if you can't stand the heat then get out of the kitchen. chikena. |
Why are y'all complainin? the house is only an expression of Art Nouveau gone wrong. But wait a minute is that chap planning to start guerilla warfare in Nigeria? aren't those gun turrets sticking out at the top of the building? I think the SSS needs to go examine that house. |
debosky:Me sef see the thing and I weak o, I can imagine his legs shaking like chicken's leg too some of those pics were funny. |
stranger things have happened o Switch, didn't Wolves go and beat Liverpool some weeks back? but Chelsea will definitely still have their moments even this season as you don't suddenly go from a double winning giant to crap team like that. Maybe na dem go end Manure's unbeaten run, at least I go thank them for dat one. ![]() |
of course, you are deluded! you know you made a moronic post so you should expect to be called out. i laugh hilariously when you make claims you know nothing about. so what makes you think roman abramovic cannot splash 100 million on chelsea if he wishes to? is he that broke?
Abramovic's money is his to spend as he wishes, but I know he is more sensible than some people I know to know when he is not breaking even and to stop.
as an aside, nateevs never meant he expected roman to pump 100 mil in one transfer window - he has stated clearly he meant 100 mil outlay over a period of years. he has made the right point but i expect gaynners to twist his points and make their own arguments out of nothing.
As you normally do abi? actually I got his point a while back and I'm not sticking to it like mammalias as yu're doin with Vela/Messi comparisons which in the first instance was not made by me and which has since been explained a million times over. He's being called out on other matters.
is there any sadder football fan on this forum than mumuface?
cou-gar nee Sauron is definitely one. Between now and March is when we'll know Manure's true strength and squad depth, UCL is on and FA cup wan start, the game is on. |
nateevs:The rest of your post is fine but this one is totally disrespectful, which kain nonsense statement be dat? Josh McEachran starting for Arsenal when Aneke and Afobe aint starting? The only player in recent time to become a regular first teamer for Arsenal's first team at 17 and become a starter at 18 is Cesc (and he was exceptional, also making his international bow for spain at 18), the only other one who had to go on loan first was Wilshere and he also made his international bow for England at 18 while becoming the playmaker for the England U21s as a 17 year old, yu think say na yam to do that? Do you think we just put youngsters in the team cos they are youngsters? ![]() When yur McEachrans and co were put in your Carling cup team weren't they beaten in the very first round? compare that to the Arsenal team that beat Sheffield Utd and Wigan in the Carling Cup 2 seasons ago with an average age of 19? It isn't easy to pursue a youth policy o. Only prodigies become starters for Arsenal at such early ages, the normal route is U18s, a stint in the reserves, possible Carling cup appearance, a year or more on loan and then depending on exceptional performance an opportunity to become part of the first team, that is the route Song, Bendtner, Djorou and Gibbs took that is why I laugh whenever DK comes with his statements about Aliadiere, Owusu and co, how many starts exactly did Owusu make for Arsenal? |
follypimpi:I dey rush go house after work, seems some good news is brewing. any positive results for us tonite? |
@Slim Can it be Miyaichi, abi the guy don dey make major impression in training like Cesc himself did when Henry & Co went to start watching him in the reserves? now that would be impressive. |
Duduspaaaaaaaaaaaaaace! Naughty naughty! https://l.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/5.gif Howdy sweerie? you know dem bosoms does good for a man's soul like medicine. ![]() what you got cookin in the kitchen? |
What's all this waste of money on unproven drugs and supplements which might have accompanying side effects that people are suggesting for this man? my guy just make sure you stare uninterrupted for 5 mins at 3 boobs per day and yur eyesight will improve. |
nateevs:That is actually one of the reasons and I'm not saying he won't make it, there are a lot of guys at his age level he has not convinced me he is better than and I look at Ramsey and Wilshere playing that role at the same age and I'm thinking can this chap really be elite? I've seen Kakuta and I don't need much convincing, that boy will be something. I also know its not likely the Chelsea of old would gamble on him, I'm however not sure of the new chelsea as it seems Roman is actually committed to your youth project, it remains to be seen if a season out of CL places won't convince him to change his mind. |
Ibime:I get your point and it does look like a bit of bigging himself up , neither do I think its deserving of a Nobel price but then we don't know the full details of what he proposed. What his statement shows me personally is how the wrong choices by a few people can drag a country down. |
Ibime:I'll disagree here Ibime, hindsight makes us all geniuses. At the time he made those suggestions, the last thing on the layman's mind was that Nigeria would turn out this way. |
What exactly is wrong with gold diggin? does anyone have a field at the back of their house that I can come to prospect? |
Nateevs, Na teef, nathief, e melo ni mo pe e? Its that 100m yu called 'just' that is annoying walahi even Manure can't call 100m 'just' after CR9's windfall, the only 2 clubs qualified to call 100m 'just' at present is Man Shitty and Real Madrid and we all know those ones don't live in the same world with other teams at present. You sef know how much has already gone into that Chelsea team in the past? do you honestly think Roman became a billionaire by writing off .5 billion every 4 years? The handwriting was always on the wall that Roman had gotten tired of his project cos he saw he could never break even the way it was going, some of us mentioned it last season but you people wanted to break our heads, everyone in England is now singing from the same hymn book about youth projects apart from City perhaps (despite giving their youth squad a fancy name like Elite Development Squad). The same way we paid in terms of trophies to bring through all our so called biscuit boned players, the same way yu'll have to do it, there are no short cuts. Those youth yu are mentioned up there were not available on the market until recently (Arsenal have been after Lukaku since he was 15 and his father says he is going nowhere till he clocks 18 and Hazard said he wasn't going anywhere for some time too and anyone who will get those players now must drop major coins). Players like Sturrige, Kakuta and Bruma I'm sure will come through (I have my reservations about McEachran) if they are given the time to come through, be rest assured you will pay for their progress with points sha. It is time for other managers to show their management skills towards making their academies productive while keeping a relatively high level of performance with a few experienced shrewd buys as Arsene has done rather than the outgoing money solves all problems era. Its a new dispensation in football and y'all need to start getting used to it. Last season was Liverfluke, this season it looks like Chelsea, I'm rubbing my hands with glee in anticipation for Manure's wahala next season. waitin for cougar and his gang to show up and call me deluded or something of the sort ![]() |
nateevs:Will you sharrap dere abi you be thief? na you dey put money for Abramovic pocket? na 100m be 'just'? the chap never recoup the 600m wey him write up before you talk say make him dey go buy another 100m. Barawo. |
