Try to modify your service address to a recognized one, see if it allows you to complete the payment. If that doesn't work, cancel and request for refund. Then go ahead and order afresh.

Choose a recognized service address nearest to your actual address. I would advise 1 to 5km radius.

Actually, that only happens when Starlink presumes their service isn't available in your location because they don't recognize your address. The solution is choose the nearest recognized service address to your address that is within 1 to 10km radius.

Unfortunately, i had to return mine on Saturday. I initiated a 'Return and Refund' on Friday. I made a post on it and shared my experience. I subsequently got my refund on Monday.

My brother, I had to return my Starlink. It was really frustrating me. I strongly believe mine was a defective one. The dish, I believe, was the problem. It looked used. On delivery, It was very dusty and had markings on it like it's been used. The cable and router looked very new though.

The good thing about Starlink is that, if you are not satisfied with it and you are still within the 30day window, you can easily return and ask for a refund, and that was what I did. The whole process doesn't take more than 5 minutes. I simply cancelled my subscription and ticked the option of returning my hardware. I was sent a confirmation of my cancellation immediately via mail, and I was informed that eligiblity of hardware return is being checked. Within 3 minutes, I received another mail that contains the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization), it also contains the waybill and the supplementary document to printout and attach to the Starlink pack. I have returned the package to DHL. It should get to Starlink latest Wednesday.

So, once Starlink receives the package, they inspect it to make sure everything is in order. Then the refund process begins.

By the way, the Starlink kit was delivered to Starlink yesterday.

Starlink is not as reliable as you think. I bought it, I wasn't happy with it's performance, so I returned it and got refunded. Though mine may have been a defective dish.

Those who are still using it have been complaining of its abysmal performance, during and after rainfall.

In case you didn't know, fiber to the home is the most reliable and stable internet type all over the world, nothing beats it. It's just that the fiber providers in this country milk the hell out of us, and their connectivity performance is nothing to write home about.

In most advanced countries, you can get Gigabits fiber connectivity for reasonable pricing, but here, even the shitty fiber connections are very expensive.

If you have up to the required amount, which is $587.93, loaded on the card, then maybe it's a downtime on Payday's side. You may try again after a few hours.

Good morning. I used Klasha virtual Visa card to order. Others have used Payday. Starlink itself recommends the use of Payday. Download it from your device's app store.

To convert from RV to residential, you will have to contact Starlink's customer support. Convertion from residential to RV can be done right from your account dashboard.

For residential, you can choose any available service address within 10km radius of your actual address, it will work fine. There are quite a number of service addresses within Ijoko, Ogun state available for Starlink.

Alternatively, go for the RV and choose any available service address in Nigeria. Just know you will be paying $53/m, that's an additional $10 more than residential users in Nigeria.

Just look at the kind of humans that support Obi. My happiness in all of this is that Obi didn't win. He will never rule this country
