Is anyone experiencing this constant network issues. It isnt really affecting my download speed or internet experience. I get as high as 20MB/s download speed(150mbps) and the lowest I get most times is 3MB/s(24mbps). And all my video streams in 4K(Netflix, Amazon Prime, Showmax, DSTV Now) all stream perfectly. But when I check the app and see this, I am usually wondering, is this normal. My dishy is placed somewhere with zero obstruction

Although you have quite a lot of 2s+ issues, which would normally be an indication of a faulty dishy, cable or router, especially given the interval you are having them.
However, looking at your screenshot critically, there was a period of 6 hours, between 8pm and 2am, that you didn't experience any 2s+ obstructions. So I believe the problem is your location. Some locations, for some reason, do experience more activities than others, which triggers those obstructions and network issues reports.

By the way, obstruction reports is normal, especially the 1s and less report. Everyone experience those.

OP, all banking platforms had challenges yesterday, but it has now been resolved. You can go and verify. This affected all bank transfers with all the traditional banks and digital banks.

I just noticed that my Starlink $42.16 credit that was given to me due to the negative experience i had with my first order has been taken, and used to offset my due for this month. Unlike those who actually have to pay from their card, i never received a week's notification for my due.

It's raining heavy and I'm still streaming 4k UHD with no single buffer at 11mbps. Life is fine.
PS since I have gotten Starlink the only time I had slow speed for streaming was the first 20mins I just installed it.

Regarding the PM, Nairaland sends you a email letting you know that someone wants to communicate with you. To consent, you will need to reply the mail, that would allow the person have your email address, so that establishes a line of communication between the two of you.

Regarding the IPTV issue, in March I got a 6 months plan with this iptv server http://line.powerdino.com:80. It has 16,000 Channels, 48,000 movies and 12,000 series.
But it wasn't performing well, even with my 5G connection which gives me constant 600Mbps. That made me believe the IPTV is bad. But since yours is working fine, so I wanted to get the one you got, and that was why I asked for your server address, getting it would assist the IPTV guy in knowing which is yours, so that I can get same from him.

So, yesterday, I wanted to get two more accounts for my other devices, so he ended up giving me the same IPTV service he gave me last month. His excuse is that, he is not sure of the one he gave you, that's the reason I wanted to get as much info about your own IPTV. It seems he has several of them, so he is not sure of the particular one he gave you.

I know yours has over 19,000 channels, 60,000 movies and 18,000 series. If there is any more info you can give me regarding yours, of course, apart from your username and password, that would assist him narrow it down, I would really appreciate it.

Starlink said I'm due to be charged. Mind you na 27th in fact 28th na him I begin use their service. I checked and It says they are not meant to charge till 30 days.

You could try contacting their customer support and ask them to review the due date. Since they can see when it was shipped, they should be able to do something about it.

However, if were given the 1month free service like some us, I would advise you let it be.

That's because it was shipped from Starlink Nigeria, not from the US. Like I said in my previous post, yours is the fastest ship out we have seen so far.

If you live in Lagos, then yes, you may likely get it tomorrow.

Here is what you should do so as not to have any challenge.

Use the 10digit tracking number and track here https://www.dhl.com/ng-en/home.htm , while there, there's a provision to update your shipping details with your phone number and email so as to receive notification of your shipment progress, update it this night. If you don't do that, the DHL delivery person will not be able to contact you tomorrow. Then the item will be returned to the DHL office serving your area. Which means you will have to go there with a government issued ID to collect it.

This doesn't happen if your Starlink is shipped from the US, but those shipped from their Lagos warehouse have this challenge because they don't state your phone number on the shipping label.

Blur out your tracking number. That's how their tracking number is these days, it's same as the order number.

However, you can still get the 10digit tracking number by clicking on the tracking number in your Starlink account, it should lead you to the DHL track and trace site where you will find the 10digit tracking number.

By the way, yours is the fastest Starlink ship out i have seen.

From my own little investigation on their availability map, some highbrow areas.. Ikeja, Surulere etc are put on waiting list while places and addresses from Ikorodu are on availability list.. Does it mean that starlink is currently concentrating on remote areas and holding up places in the cities. One can see that ikorodu from the colour is on service availability list, while a highbrow area 'Bode Thomas' in Surulere in on waiting list

Logically, this makes sense, given that highbrow areas already have quite a number of options available, like Fiber-to-the-home, 5G etc.

You are yet to order for Starlink. What you did was to deposit for future availability of Starlink service at the service address you chose. Starlink presumes its service is not available at your service address if it doesn't recognize it.

When ordering for Starlink, you are supposed to choose a recognized service address.

What to do in your own case: Log into your Starlink account. Now, edit your service address to a recognized address close to your actual address. Any recognized address within 5km radius is fine. You should now be able to proceed to pay the full payment.

Payday is in a mess.. They sent a message that we should open another USD account that they are currently habit issues with their vendors blah blah and that our current balance would be transferred to the new USD account (I av about $62).

Now, I av opened another USD account since 4weeks ago and no response yet. Message I got was that they will get back to me when approved. I have chatted their agents 100 times, no solution

Well, I used Klasha for ordering Starlink, and the whole process was smooth. Even when Starlink refunded the card, Klasha processed my refund on the next business day, so it was very fast.

I'm surprised that PayDay is having all these issues, given that Starlink recommends the use of its service.

The sky looks clear, so you shouldn't have any problem. Make sure to split the 2.4 and 5ghz setting.

For speedtest, use Ookla's speedtest.net app. It's more accurate than the Starlink's app speedtest.

Yeah, so I went to DHL's office day before yesterday and collected it. Though it looked used; it was dusty, dirty and all. But it's been performing well so far, no issues. I mounted it on my roof and view of the sky from there is 100%, no obstructions at all.

Concerning cost, it's been discussed severally on the Starlink's threads on here. It costs $587.93, and No, you can't pay with naira cards, only dollar denominated cards. If you don't have dollar card, you may sign up for a virtual dollar card, like PayDay, Chipper, Klasha. Starlink recommends PayDay though.

And No, you can only purchase Starlink through its website at https://www.starlink.com
