Business › Re: Allen Onyema And Egahaga Should Resign During The Fraud Trial To Save Air Peace by duwdu: 12:29pm On Nov 25, 2019 |
ornicus: Say you have some stolen money. You are getting nervous as police are sniffing around . so you want to get it out of Nigeria. You cannot carry it physically.
So you give it your businessman friend to do
I will start from the beginning
Onyeama said he was going to buy planes wuthn20 million dollars.where did the 20 million dollars come from? This is a pertinent question because it cannot be income generated by air peace. The margins in aviation are meager, especially when he is not the only player. You use 20 million for capex, what is left for opex?
https://simpleflying.com/air-peace-expansion/ According to this article, the company has been running at a loss all this while. 3.3 million dollars losses last year
In addition to this, businesses expand with bank loans. Or capital from partners. There is no way to explain how he got the 20 million dollars he was going to use to buy the planes.
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/how-much-does-a-boeing-747-cost-2017-may-see-last-flight-on-us-carriers-2017-01-12
A brand new 747 is over 350million usd.
I have to wonder what planes he is claiming to be buying from boeing.
Going back to what I said, assume he actually had the 20 million dollars. Will buying new planes increase air peace bottom line? The number of passengers is shrinking due to the economy. If you buy a brand new 2019 corolla for Uber, are you going to charge more than 2013 Tokunbo corollas? Will people patronize you more because you have a brand new corolla? Unless someone has made a firm commitment to you, buy these planes and we will engage you.eg Mobil says they will lease your plane to fly staff everyday from Lagos to akwa ibom. And if that happened it would be in the news. Simply put, it is an illogical investment, considering the aviation industry. You will get broke fast.
What the authorites are saying is onyeama created a company in the US, a briefcase company, that he owned and That he gave a contract to supply him planes. He then sends that company 20 million from Nigeria. Once the company in the US gets the money,it starts disbursing the 20 million to numerous personal accounts of onyeama.
So what onyeama has done is he has used his business in Nigeria to move money to the US on false pretenses.that is a classic money laundering maneuver. Some people belive it's patience Johnathans money. You read how the fg is seizing 5 million today, 2 million tomorrow.
Like a lot of Nigerian businessmen, onyeama has no history of organic growth. If you go to Google, you can trace the histories of apple, Microsoft, dell, etc. you will see a very nerdy looking Jeff bezos .Air peace started 6 years ago. Where did onyeama get the capital?
Now all these questions will be asked
Below is a more concise description

Sunsets: The deed is already done. The primaries that produced him stand nullified. This Port Harcourt court is wasting APC's money. What the court ruled on is stay of execution. Even after election his votes will not count. LOL... The point of the ruling/stay of execution, is to allow the excluded party to participate; otherwise, it would be an irreversible injustice to the excluded party/candidate if the Appeal Court is to later rule that the Trial Court was wrong to have excluded the APC candidate. In other words, the votes for the APC will continue to count after the election, unless and until the highest court the case is eventually dragged to, nullifies the party's candidate. ........ J111333: If not for you, I'd be trying to figure out the meaning of those words till God knows when. Damn, I can't believe this. Why didn't they write in Hausa instead? Those are the equivalent words in Hausa. Every word/name of gadgets is not necessarily present in its original form in every language, especially in societies to which the inventions concerned are not natives. What's so difficult to understand here? BTW, what are the equivalents of those words in your own native dialect? And do you even have enough in your population to form the critical mass that uses them? The Hausa community obviously has the critical mass to use those words and that's why they are in use and understood. The words are not meant for someone like you who is obviously alien to their culture or society. You have to understand and respect such aspects of humanity. ........ P34c3 ..... ... |

used to be a very fine guy, that scar on his head has changed things, if he didnt have that accident, he would be married by now Buhari must be a very fortunate man this far... I read that his first and only previous marriage was blessed with five children - one boy and four girls, and that the family was to later lose the only boy to the cold hand of death. His current marriage to Aisha also has been blessed with five children, in the exact same sex ratio as from the first marriage - one boy and four girls. fk002: What did you expect before ...
Infact it will be very very hard for a seating president to lose an election the probability is very low, if not for the dumbness of GEJ he would have still be in power if he knows his ways. Look, once GEJ and his Team could not stop the introduction and use of the Card Reader in 2015 (and by Jove they tried all in their power to stop it,) I knew GEJ was a goner. Why, did you think, the Southeast which prior to 2015 would traditionally "deliver" like eight million "valid" votes to the PDP, could not deliver even four million valid votes for Jonathan/the PDP in 2015 and likewise in 2019? Jonathan might have been a buffoon of a President, but he was definitely wiser than most of your type. I say this because if he had attempted to reject the outcome of the 2015 elections or sat tight, he would have been given the "Gbagbo treatment." Simple. For how long have we been discussing with the office of the accountant general of the federation. We are autonomous entity. We refused to be dragged into the conventional civil service. Each word in "accountant general" and "federation" should start with an uppercase character and the sentence itself, in the context in which it was composed, should end with a question mark, not a period. You can either write, "We are an autonomous entity." Or, "We are autonomous as an entity." Or, "As an entity, we are autonomous." Lastly, whereas "We refused ..." can be excused, I believe it's more grammatically sound for you to have written, "We refuse ...," since it's an ongoing/open discussion/issue/stand/appeal. Having stated the above, I may not be without a fault of my own, either; I just thought one who comes to equity, must do so with clean hands. Good luck! ........ P34c3 ..... ... |
