Because GEJ did not challenge the 2015 Presidential result.

Now that PDP has challenged the outcome of the 2019 Presidential elections, PDP has the legal right to investigate equipments and materials used in the elections to prove its stand.
You're right — provided of course that such material existed and can be proven it exists.

You are simply myopic. If the card reader was used, it will show whether there was up to 900,000 persons accredited in Bornu state, same with Katsina, Kano and all those states that APC inflated the figures. Thank God you are not a judge and will never be because you are biased. Allow the courts to do their job.
And are you a judge yourself to already determine that only one of the parties inflated figures, if any? Why are you accusing others of what you're in fact doing?

My humble advice: You please wait for the final proclamation by the courts — just as everyone else has to.

It seems you don't understand the argument. The argument is that many voted without accreditation and that gave APC the upper hand to influence and allocate bogus scores to itself, particularly in the Boko Haram infested States, hence the need to confirm from server the number of accredited voters versus number that actually voted.

The server issue has become a thorn in APC's flesh therefore APC is using all available means to ensure the server is not made available to PDP.
And how will you prove any inflated figures — if any — were exclusively allotted to one party and not to any of the other parties without dabbling into conjectures?

If the server is not known to the Electoral Act, why did INEC use the Smart Card Reader which MUST work with a server?
Who said a Card Reader must work with a server? Na wa o.

The whole point was that a Card Reader, once programmed with voter details such as biodata, became an independent unit complete with its own power supply infrastructure. The Card Reader did not require to connect to an external device such as a remote server to carry out its main purposes, including verification of voter biodata.

Some people are trying very hard to distract PDP from getting access to the server.

PDP should stand for server details in term of accredited voters and actual voters in various states because the smart card readers used the server to verify voters details.
Unfortunately, even such data cannot prove who voted for who and in what numbers, sorry.

Ordinary cyber cafes have servers, then why a whole INEC doesn't have one...
Again, it's not about INEC having servers or not; it is about whether or not such servers were used in an alleged electronic transmission of results during the elections...

My people, please be properly guided: INEC did not say it has no servers; what INEC says is that it did not electronically transmit and store voting results during the elections to a server and so the "election results transmitted to a server," as being alleged, does not exist. Therefore, Mr. Atiku Abubakar and his team cannot be granted/given access to an item that does not exist.

IMHO, what is left to the Abubakar team is to prove that such results and transmission and server, did take place and do exist. Simple. No emotions here.

"What happened to Igbos are not interested in Nigerian politics, we are only after our businesses "?

Yorubas did not threatened to leave the country the time they lost the election. Why always IGBOS.
When Yoruba demanded positions from Goodluck Jonathan that they voted in high numbers for, my people insulted that hell out of them. Dullnathan supported them by giving the Yorubas nothing but expecting vote from their region.

Did you know it was when my people supported Goodluck Ebele Jonathan he became a pure badluck looser?

Jonathan marginalized the people of the South West that gave him the highest votes in the Southern part. My Igbo amateur political orators hailed his gestures. This led to his downfall.

Monitoring my 1.8kW array @ 24V live, it's been a rather poor solar day (pic. 1) along the Lekki axis, Lagos. In fact, it started raining rather heavily for about 30 min already.

The situation was a tad better just yesterday... by this time, my AGM batteries were beginning to enter the float stage. (Pics. 2, 3.)

I sincerely hope the situation improves pretty soon.

pranil:
My latest project .

The AC power ( Daikin inverter AC) is controlled by a SONoff TH16 ( flashed with Tasmota firmware)

The TH16 controller is controlled by the APM ( advanced power management) software based on how much load the battery is seeing. Below -10 Amp draw means either NEPA available or solar is sufficient more than - 16 amp ( 48 V battery) means other loads are high enough to switch off AC

Control by other parameters such as battery voltage, SOC, grid power, wattage also possible

THE APM software is made by the same South African guys who make ICC to interface with Aexpert /Voltronix /Ipower and BMV

the Aexpert use can use similar seup to control things like water heater or for that matter any other loads - Maxium four independent units can be controlled

The same can also can be achieved without APM using NODERED but requires deeper JSON/Python understanding
Many thanks for outing this, pranil. Especially the Node-RED pointer appeals to me and should be useable if properly implemented on my PIP-5048GK via the Pi 3. I recently stumbled on Steve Scargill's "The Script" which has made my journey so far on the Pi with helper/automation add-ons/software such as Node-RED much more easily implementable.

PDP actually hacked INEC server and uploaded fake results. After losing the election, they simply downloaded the fake results that was uploaded and decided to go to court using the fake results. All the social media noise about INEC server results is just to confuse the public and give the fake results some degree of credibility.

They know they have no credible case but they just want to achieve two aims. Firstly, create doubt nationally and internationally about the legitimacy of Buhari’s Well deserved victory and secondly, ride on the court case to remain in the news for as long as possible.

Hopefully, the tribunal and Supreme Court will dismiss the useless case as soon as possible so that the government can concentrate on delivering on all the promises made to Nigerians during the campaign.

Nigeria and her uneducated daft youths.

Goan ask around, The victory is for PDP and not Atiku.

It has happened many times over in Nigeria. How did Rotimi Amechi become governor of rivers state without contesting in the elections grin
Your uncouth manners aside, I'm afraid you're comparing apples and oranges. Rotimi Ameachi's case was that of the PDP substituting the name of its validly nominated candidate with that of another person, and the SC was right in its decision by sacking the impostor and returning Ameachi to the seat. All within the same party - for the party. So what the SC said was to the effect that it was Rotimi Amaechi who actually stood in the election for the PDP, not the impostor. Capiche?

In the present case, the PDP candidate and his party are challenging another party, the APC and its candidate, as well as the electoral umpire, the INEC over the victory of the APC candidate at the election. In the meantime the APC while defending the victory is countersuing that the PDP candidate was not qualified to have stood for the election in the first place; that the PDP had no candidate, anyways. Big difference.

So, just hold your horses and wait for the outcome of the case - up to the SC as may become necessary, will you?

Well, here come one, although I'm still a novice DIY'er when it comes to this RE thingy:

1. Those quotes could be a lot more transparent. I doubt if anyone would be able to make a sound critique of components a vast majority of which have no names/brands? Experts on here will normally be quite transparent with their recommendations; take what Oga Niyi wrote to you earlier, for example. That helps you plan for your system to not fail prematurely.

Put another way, anyone can quote on any price and get away with using sub-standard components here and there when not clearly defined upfront.

2. AFAI can see, there's still limited nexus between these quotes and the various advice earlier offered. I think you should start by asking for quotes with those in mind — including from those who've offered advice if you will — especially when it comes to quantities, power, and brands.

3. Finally, I'll suggest you obtain quotes from a couple of the well-regarded service providers on here if not already, compare then privately, then ask for further clarifications and advice on here as may be still necessary.

Good luck.

If I am not mistaken the system you are monitoring is the axpert inverter? which communication media are you using? The supplied usb connection cable? I asked because that cable driver is an issue and I was only able to get it to work by treating it as a hardware input device and the hack was not that easy. How did you do the connection in your case?
The component I'm monitoring and have shown is just my PCM60x CC so far and it is a Voltronic/MPPSolar product. It is coupled with a VIL Star-Light Power Inverter. Like I said, I'm yet to deploy my Axpert/Voltronic based PIP5048GK.

The com cable supplied with the CC (and also one of the cables that come with the PIP) is ethernet/RJ45-to-RS232. Based on what I learnt from MPP Solar and on other forums (chiefly secondlifestorage - yeah, I once saw one bigrovar post on there, hehehe) I then got a RS232-to-USB converter from Amazon. It has worked like a charm to seamlessly interface the CC with my PC/Pi via USB. I don't have the particular link handy, but the trick is to get one with a Prolific chip. Appropriate Prolific drivers are auto installed on Linux. For Windoze, they're available on Prolific's website.

(BTW, I also tried the RJ45-to-USB cable sold for EPSolar/Ever products but that did not work for me.)

welcome to the club bro. The system I setup some times in july last year is still running and has been logging away without issues. Even when I am out of the country, I can still always take a peep and see what is happening. Using the solar equipment with open communication port and documentations (Looking at Victron and to some extent some tracer and epsolar devices) is also very important if you are considering going this route.
I've been a fan of your dashboard for several months from last year already, actually; it's so functional and pretty and was partly where I got my inspiration, so thanks. My post was geared more towards novices to visualization resources such as yours truly.

Quashie proprietory visualization and data logging interfaces come with my current budget and so far robust components by MPP Solar. I had also during last year tried my hands on building dashboards based on Grafana/Chronograf and the like for use with the PCM60x (attached,) but later slacked off so I'm learning.

Now my mind is further energized as I delve further into the Pi 3 ...

That being said, I'd still love to build something similar to your dashboard if you'll please share your processes/code with me? My new frontline PIP5048 is also Axpert/Voltronic based, although I'm yet to fully deploy it.

The Raspberry Pi 3 Model B is an incredible, nifty machine and is truly affordable. These will have to partially explain why many arrays of developers favour it so much as a platform of choice for apps and IoT stuff, majorly of the open-source types.

In this case, attached are four screen shots of the SolarSnoop/PCM60X Monitor app on the Pi, by a developer and in use with my charge controller. It's freely available on GitHub. It uses a browser interface and is thus available to be interacted with within the range of a WiFi network, or from anywhere on the Internet, on a browser.

I set up this my own particular install of the PCM60X Monitor to auto-refresh every minute, which interval is good enough for me.

Hope some of us who are not already using equivalent or better solutions to monitor/visualize their RE set ups, will be encouraged to find similar ones for own use.
