Of sticks a day,fight the urge 2 indulge when you r angry,depressed, nervous,anxious,cold, Hot n no partner etc! Meet with people who have success stories on thier fight..n pray 2 God,or Allah, or whoever/whatever u belive in.

Once i waited for a friend 2 come pick me up on a highway @ midnight, so i joined a patrol van and sat with the 'oga' inside. Not long,an officer came and reported that a certain motorist refuses to 'roger' but all his papers are up to date. And i heard d 'oga' utter the same words you typed!! I was so angry n shocked i practically had 2 beg God 2 help me seal my mouth! Are they not paid to 'protect' the people?

Appreciation should be done from the heart and its optional! You don't demand for appreciation! Being in the force is a noble job, and so,if you aint ready for it then by all means check elsewhere!

If we where all 2 demand for 'a little help' then,lawyers won't pay for health services in d hospital they represent n vice versa, bankers would demand a little help for counting your money etc!

recently here in calabar not far from me, a bf bucthered d gf like beef in his house @ night simply because he felt she was dating his friend! And he is not an armed robber! She only went 2 his friend 2 beg him 2 come talk 2 d boyfriend about some issues they had! He was caught by d military guys guarding the swamp while trying 2 dispose off 'fresh meat' from a big bucket!

This guy was known by the girl's brothers(she was an only gal) n parents! Meaning he didnt show signs of violence or anything of d sort!

All we have 2 do is pray n teach our young girls 2 always pray about thier future husbands/relationships! God should expose every hidden character of your intended!
