The FG thinks they are smart, they waited for the FIFA women world cup to finish sensing the backlash from fans if FIFA baned Nigeria from participation. FIFA have clearly stated government should hands off football association matters. I do not like Maigari and our FA smells corruption everywhere. but this baby minister is going about it the wrong way. FIFA will ban Nigeria for interferance for 4 years and its our football that will surfer. Mr minister just stop funding the NFA let them source for their money. Find another indirect means of removing this man as its obvious thats the target,but for Godsake dont destroy our football. its the only thing that binds us together.

Never in the history of our nation have we seen such brazenly displayed act of political abracadabra. When the centre is weak even the limbless will come to dance.

This story is all around international media since days ago only now will they come out to confirm it. When we say something is wrong with this government people say it's politics.
How can a Police major training institution in a boko haram infested area not be fortified until after double attacks and several missing?
What happened to the military reinforcement in a state with boko haram during the so called several hours attack? How long will we continue to lie to ourselves that we are not winning this war and change our strategy, refinance and boost the morale of our military on ground not the looters superior commandas?

The truth is that in this 21st century and power of Internet, citizens must take responsibility and decide their future by voting out corrupt politicians. This will send the right message to the incoming ones that once they mess up PDP or ACN, they will be booted out. But here, we are told to wait, not to start doing this now that it's their turn. Maybe 2019, we can start holding our leaders accountable. But truth be told, if really he travel out for medical checks, in a saner clime, this will cost him reelection.

FG has begged them to go to work, they refuse, if this sack was not initiated they will remain on strike prolly till december. My friend, I am not a doctor. But it's not as simple as that. You cannot replace experience like that, that will be tantamount to playing with people life. If you sack all the pilot and ask trainee copilot to run the plane I don't think you will agree to be a passenger. We have seen this happened before, FG sacked all university lecturers, leading to mass exodus of experience academics, the result is what you see in our tertiary institutions now. What happens to Nigeria Army is simple, Ethnicity and politics. When Obama took over power from Republican s, he kept the performing secretary of defence even though he was a Republican assigned. Obama only cares about his performance. BUT HERE IN NIGERIA, ONCE A NEW PRESIDENT COMES INTO POWER, HE DOESN'T TRUST ANY SITTING CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF.
