There are many reasons why many prayed and even manifested faith yet they were disappointed.

If you are still living an unrepented life, no matter how you pray, it's a waste of time. 1Tim2:19 says the Lord knows those who are His. Romans 6:1 says shall we continue in sin that grace may abound. The prayer of the dinner is an abomination before God. So, repentance from all known sins is key.

2. James 4:1 tells us why some prayers are not answered. This about asking amiss. Asking for the wrong thing for ulterior motives.

3. Negative confessions after praying is another reason most prayers are not answered.

4. In Matthew 7, Jesus talked about asking seeking and knocking. In most cases prayers that have not been answered could be backed up with fasting.

5. Satan and his hordes of demons could be at work to frustrate the person praying like the prince of Persia in the days of Daniel.

7.unforgivenes is another reason why no matter how you pray and manifest all faith nothing happens.

8. When your prayer does not align with the word of God, your faith cannot produce the desire results.

So, always check up why your prayers have not been answered. God still answers prayers.

The same God plays the same exact "significant" role in the lives of the unrighteous folks out there who don't even subscribe to or believe in him; yes, the same exactly mercies/kindness he shows you is the same he shows even to the atheists, the Islamic, the witches, pagans, etc., out there. Just as you count your own blessings, they too count their own blessings without attributing it to him and they are not damned for it. So what particularly convinces your lives lived under what seems religious chains are any better than theirs?.

The problem with that is this. Jesus Christ said that to those who are born-again, He alone is supposed to be their only Teacher, Guide, Counselor, minister, Shepherd, Helper, etc. He warned them saying they cannot have two masters meaning they cannot have Him and another as Teacher, counselor, helper, or shepherd, etc — either you love the one and hate the other or you accept the teachings of the one and reject the teachings of the other. So, when you say you are "studying" with others, you are basically rejecting Jesus Christ as your only Teacher to instead embrace the views and opinions of others as being more valid?

■ Jesus Christ did not come that you may carry on better in this life with the economic downturns and challenges posed by high inflation.
■ Jesus Christ did not come that you may become financially well off and your businesses might thrive better than those of the competition.
■ Jesus Christ did not come that you might become rich and amass treasures in this life in competition with others in the world
■ Faith in Jesus Christ is not meant to provide you solace and peace as you continue to maneuver the world and the competition

Jesus Christ did not come to do any of that. Rather, He came to call you away from all of that into a life of servitude to God. He came to call you to abandon it all — property, jobs/career/ businesses, cars, houses, family, prestige, etc. — in order to have the life He has instead for you. So, if you are still worried about economic downturns, and challenges posed by high inflation, then you have yet to meet Jesus Christ.
