OP if you like keep encouraging the failure of a governor. Better look carefully now and vote for a better candidate. One narrow strip of road in Umuahia is what you have to show for the 8 years OCHENDO T. A. Orji spent in government. Tufiakwa! |
Gbawe1: 24/7 Bad belle for the SW and her people will send you and your rabidly hateful ilk to an early grave.Better jolt yourself back to reality. This has got nothing to do with bad belle, I need you to snap out of your fantasy and demand accountability from your governors. Look what happened to your ilk (let me borrow ) in education. You kept holding on to bogus claims of being the best instead of accepting reality. Now you have sunk so low into the abyss (check WAEC and JAMB).Same is about to happen here, instead of calling a spade by name, you start accusing me of bad belle and allow your talking drum governor to loot you mercilessly. |
Self deception at its peak. |
This is supposedly a good development. However, I am wary of governors that suddenly wake up and start signing billion naira projects when they have a few months to go. |
Eko oni baje! Dragging Nigeria deeper into debt while lining Tinubu's pocket. |
His skin seems less tolerant of the bleaching cream than that of his wives. ![]() Trust the Brits they prolly laughed with him but cringed behind his back at the brash display of polygamy. |
These are the people that give Nigeria a bad name. ![]() They need to be exposed. |
Anyone who doesn't know that Buhari is evil by now is a dunce. |
And our brothers up there are busy deceiving themselves with almajari slave schools. |
I don see person way OBJ fine pass. |
This verbose underperformer should just shut it for once. |
MayorofLagos: We have to respect Ibo tradition here...cant just burn them. This is why your folks keep failing WAEC. You lack the ability to separate fiction from fact. |
Crappy sensationalist report from a ragtag media house. The write up contradicts itself several times. It says RECORDS a case of Ebola. Then goes ahead to say DIAGNOSED case whether it is definitive, provisional, clinical or laboratory, we do not know. Then it turns around and says SUSPECTED case (from the hospital PRO). These people should employ specialists in health news and stop throwing words up and down. |
emiye: Nice development, i guess there would still be sizable enough quantity for local consumption within the state though.Very true talk. |
barcanista: because I am not a bigot. You igbo man I owe you no explanation. ![]()

UnknownT: Inasmuch that Arthur1000 is right, but the refuses are being dumped discriminately by the citizens of the state. The years we lived in Aba, there used to be a burrowpit along Aba PH exp way, but must people will leave the burrowpit and be dumping refuses on the Aba PH exp way. Look at how they have turned Osisioma park axis. Look at Alaoji, people count millions daily there but the environment is nothing to write home about. Any bad portion of the road in Aba is quickly turned to a refuse dumb. An Aba Nairaland resident will come here blaming Govt, afta he must have sent one of his children or househelps to go dispose dirts, does he care to know where the dirts are dumped? The blame wouldnt go solely to the state govt(maybe he shd be blamed for the poor state of infrastructure), the citizens deserve some too.Human beings have a tendency to behave irrationally sometimes when there is no law to guide them and if it is not enforced. All you have written is no excuse for Aba to be dirty. The blame will still lie on the government. If they provide enough dumpsters which are emptied regularly, as well as enforce sanitation laws people will abide. Media campaigns on refuse disposal can also help in reorientation of the residents. |
barcanista: that is If nigeria is to split.... But its not on agenda of d ijÀwsYou claim to be Ijaw and would rather have Buhari instead of GEJ ![]() Please tell me another story. |
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/09/chime-swears-new-deputy-gov-says-just-replaced-bad-spark-plug/ ENUGU–Enugu State Governor, Sullivan Chime, Monday, sworn in his new Deputy, Reverend Raphael Ifeanyichukwu Nwoye. The event which took place at the EXCO Chambers of the Government House, Enugu came on the heels of the impeachment a week ago, of the former occupant of the position, Mr. Sunday Onyebuchi by the State House of Assembly. In his speech at the ceremony, Chime congratulated the new Deputy Governor saying that with his coming on board, the machinery of government will continue to run smoothly. The Governor said, “Drawing the analogy of a broken down vehicle, we have just replaced a bad spark plug, the vehicle is repaired and journey will be smooth again”.

For the investigator to mention Ihejirika as one of the sponsors clearly points to the grave losses the APC led evil sect suffered under him. This cry mirrors that of the evil northern elders who were calling for the removal of Ihejirika, under whose tenure BH suffered. To me this only confirms that BH is sponsored by those unmentioned. The supporters of APC. Lol! So janjaaaweed is equal to APC supporter. |
Excellent writeup. The author has some inside information. Notice how he discredited the falsehood being spread by the Rivers state government about the late doctor knowingly treating the patient. |
Yes, yes and yes. At least some people are beginning to say the truth to your shameless face T. A. Orji. Abia stinks, I totally concur. This is the time for Abians to stand up and enforce good leadership, they have really suffered a stretch of 16 years of retrogression. |
Epic nonsense. |
This is a touching story. However, I am afraid to swallow every story I hear from our media houses hook, line and sinker, knowing what I do now. They have distorted a lot of facts in the past about Ebola. |
White trouser White socks White sandals Dark soul ![]() |
glory2glory: Punch newspaper is ignorant. The people are under surveillance with their movements restricted in their homes, they are communicated to daily. They only move them to quarantine or isolation centres if they develop symptoms. This was how it was done in Lagos. Presently, 3 persons have symptoms and have been moved to the isolation centres. Thanks a lot. These media houses have been spreading wrong information. The MOH has not helped matters either. The stewpid newspaper does not know the difference between surveillance and quarantine and did not bother to state that the quarantined cases were moved to Lagos. |
Collynzo16: Reading the parts in bold, I just wonder whether South East leaders are averse to development. Also on the bolded, some stats by I think NCC reveals that Imo state is one of the most difficult states to start a new business. |
abagoro: Aba is not rusty but Igbos need to stop being naïve and demand Jonathan's action on federal roads. If the federal government maintained the Enugu/PH expressway, Aba/Ikot-Ekpene highway and Aba/PH road, the State Government would have been blamed completely. But the case today is that as a result of neglect of the highways transversing Aba by FG, heavy duty vehicles were forced to use residential quality roads as alternative routes thereby inflicting heavy damage on the roads constructed for light vehicles.Stop this rubbish talk. Is Abia the only SE state that has FG roads running through it? Why is Aba's case an exception? It is simply because T. A. Orji is an epic failure of a governor. He does not give a hoot about Aba. Other governors either lobby for rehabilitation of FG roads that pass through their cities or go ahead and reconstruct them then get refunded by the FG eg is Enugu and Onitsha. But the clueless Ochendo is busy doing nothing. |
numericalguy: Olu Ibukun Koye is an terible human being with no conscience. Please do not believe all you see in the print media. The Rivers state government is not telling the truth. The doctor is not here to tell his own side of the story. Other sources say he had no idea whatsoever, he was dealing with a primary contact. If you read in between the lines you will realise that the story doesn't add up. The wife of the same doctor being accused of knowingly treating an Ebola case alerted the authorities to investigate the death. The diplomat did not show any specific hemorrhagic symptoms and he withheld any history of contact. The story to me is the best way to allay public anxiety and at the same time exonerate the MOH from blame of laxity. |
Tazmode: No venue in Nigeria to hold the congress?Take a chill pill it is a congress for diasporans. |
OP thanks a lot. The rot in Aba and Abia state needs to be exposed. |
