Politics › Re: Jonathan Orders Release Of Detained Terrorists by eagleeye2: 7:18am On May 22, 2013
victorv12: Are Nigerians not tired of criticizing President Goodluck Jonathan? Why must we antangonize our president for showing clemency to fellow Nigerians? One thing we should all realize, if he fails, we'll end up losing . "President Jonathan Must prevail." I'm tired of critizing him! We should positively see how we can move this country forward. If he fails, Nigeria as a country as failed. God bless the republic!!!
Am equally tired and I know so many other Nigerians are tired of criticizing him. But bros GEJ is not making it easy for us all to look there other way.
How can you declare SoE and send in troops to go and fish out BH boys, and while our Security personnels are still there, you go ahead to order the release of "suspected Terrorists".
Why not at least wait for these Army boys to do their job, before bringing down their Morales? When the Army starts summary execution of "suspects", Amnesty International and other Human Right wings will spring up and start spewing rrubbish.
Oga GEJ is not helping our Army boys.

Sincere 9gerian, Onatisi (sometimees, Diasporan, Billyonaire)
Una dey try ohh. I really empathise with you guys because your oga at the top GEJ does not make your work easy.
Each time it seems that you people have propped him up, he comes up with a mind boggling f,uck up.
Like others have said, "one step forward, so many other steps backward".
I throw away salute for all you GEJ apoligists, it is not easy doing what you guys do. More Power to your elbow.

bigfrancis21: Something is not right about this news. Why did the author obviously omit the names of the victims, which are obviously from the south western region, as contained in the original source news and include the name of an easterner that is not in the original news?
It may be a mistake or he is being mischievous trying to draw out the bigots, and he achieved his aim.

Please un-hide all my posts especially the ones that have nothing to do with other tribes thanks. angry angry angry angry angry angry angry
Yes, you were unbiased. But by quoting the posts of bigots or emphasizing on Tribe, you are unwittingly promoting the very thing you fight.......Tribalism.....Bigotry.
The MOD, has to hide it. It is not personal.

sexkillz: 2 Nigerians committed the crime. The rest of the world cares less about their tribe. Time we stopped turning every criminal thread to a tribal one.
Some people are quick to jump into conclusions without reading the article. The thread read, Two Arik Staffs; Two Nigerians..... But some air heads are quick to point accusing fingers to one direction, forgetting that four is pointed back at them.
Thank God that this thread somehow shamed the Bigots. They behave as if Foreigners care so much about their tribes. You are Nigerian take it or leave. An embarrasment from one tribe is an embarrasment to all tribes.
Politics › Re: President Mustn’t Die Before His Re-election, Asari-dokubo Warns by eagleeye2: 2:58pm On May 21, 2013
"There's daggers in men's smiles; the near in blood, the nearer bloody."
The eternal words of William Shakespeare.

GEJ, if you like no hear......... Tokunbo is wishing that you will die like those he already mentioned. When you are dead, then it will pave the way for some serious tribal clashes in Nigeria that will eventually lead to the dis-intergration of Nigeria, because the North will inevitably be blamed............ I am no prophet but Tokunbo is beating a DEADLY music for you and some seem to be urging you to come out in the market square and dance to its tune.

Politics › Re: Alamieyeseigha's Pardon Was Approved By Yar’adua by eagleeye2: 7:18am On May 21, 2013
this guy should just shut up and enjoy his pardon and loot in peace. If he keeps going like this, I doubt if something bad will not happen to him.
So he is telling Nigerians to go and ask Yar'Adua if he really brokered a deal to pardon him..... May be he will go there first.

T.A. Orji azz lickers. Are you guys not ashamed that you are fighting a man who raised your principal from a *common civil servant* to a governor?
Thief After Orji.
What makes your Ochendo different from Kalu?
You people are not ashamed that you are all followers of one thief, while fighting another thief. Please the two posters above, should go and bury their heads in shame. Abians don't need your type, and let's wait and see where T.A will run to after 2015.
DON'T FORGET HE WAS SWORN IN ON 28th of MAY, 2007 just so that he will escape EFCC (having jumped bail)? I will love to see the drama that unfolds after May 29th 2015 after he must havee handed over.

Mustay: ^^^Read the thread, you'll see answers to ALL your questions.

For government sector, hmmmm, whilst the public sector considers qualifications, it doesn't necessarily mean you'll supercede some who have been there for years. You still have to follow CS procedure and include your qualification when promotion exercise comes up.

For the latter, definitely, it'll do. Don't constrain yourself to IBs, perhaps based on your location. IB does not mean commercial bank as you think.

Insurance firms

PFAs

Stockbroking firms among others are plausible places.
Thank you Mustay.
For promotion in Govt ministry I already know that it won't make a difference. I already have an MBA and it made no difference.
My concern centers on how to get the study materials, I have gone thru the thread and it seems almost all participant are based in Lag, ABJ, PH or outside the country.
I understand difference btw IB and commercial banks. I never even thought about PFC or Stockbroking firms. Thanks for the idea.
Please, if can give me a clue on how to go about obtaining the study materials (I want to make sure am fully prepared before registering for the exam, maybe 2014 June diet).

Am interested in getting a CFA, but my limitations includes;
1. I stay in Abia and that means I will likely be doing the readings on my own.
2.How do I get the study materials, Shweser or Stalla either hard copy or Soft Copy (if anyone will be kind of to email one to me or give me a link for download)
3. I am yet to figure how CFA will help me fit into my current job in a Govt ministry or help me get a job in an investment bank (but I have no experience in the banking sector)

Who among you gurus can help out and tell me how to achieve this goal and overcome the limitations.
Thanks

iamdsam: Incidents like this only prove how foolish many Nigerian bloggers are. They don't do proper research when they see and read news like this before concluding trash. Can any of you who is saying trash prove that this incident really took placehuh Can you also prove that it took place inside the Synagogue branch in Ghanahuh Let's be wise
Abeg wetin be your problem? Why are you so pained by this news?
In all of Jesus' teachings and healings where have you read that there was a stampede?
Are you a Christain or Just a follower of T.B. Joshua?
What do you stand for, Christ or T.B. Joshua?

Billyonaire: Very shameful. Kalu said he already made money, then ruined it by saying he was transporting fish and palmoil. So selling fish and palm oil is how he made the 200 million naira that he spent ? Then many people need to start selling fish and palm oil. Shameful.
billyonaire abi na beef, how did you and your own oga @ the top make your own Billions.
Kalu may be corrupt or even a thief but he has already made his money before he entered politics in the 4th republic. (Even though he increased it by looting more from Abia State treasury).
But what of Oga Jona, will he ever agree to declare his assets..... oh I forgot that HE DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN.

He may have been the richest governor pre-1999, but not all the 35 combined. What about Tinubu? Tinubu was equally rich in his own right.

Policewoman: And in return he allowed you to govern your state like a fiefdom, for 8 good years, looting and embezzling funds with your mama as you guys pleased. After that he also didnt unleash his dog, EFCC on you. Therefore sir, OBJ has repaid his debts to you.
After the 2003 eleection, Kalu fell out of favour with OBJ. He was one of the few people who urged Turaki Adamawa, Atiku Abubarka to take power from OBJ by contesting the 2003 election. That singular lost of opportunity has cost Atiku thee Presidency forever.
If you know OBJ, you will know that there is no way in hell that he would have allowed Kalu after that*betrayal*. I can remember sometime during the Third Term Bruhaha, that EFCC operatives were sent to arrest Mother Excellency, Kalu's personal security had to eengage them in a gun battle untill the eearly hours of the morning.
When the EFCC came back with re-inforcement Kalu's mother has already left the country.
I don't know what Kalu has on OBJ, but him and Tinubu were the only Governors of that era that dared OBJ and didn't rot in jail.
