GistMedia0: In a disturbing video that has now gone viral on social media platforms, a Nigerian young man was captured slapping an elderly commuter during a heated altercation over a traffic dispute. The incident, which occurred on a busy road, has since sparked widespread outrage and raised concerns over respect for elders in society.
The video, recorded by an onlooker from a nearby vehicle, shows the two individuals engaged in a heated argument after apparently encountering a traffic issue. As the dispute escalated, both men stepped out of their vehicles to confront each other.
The man appeared agitated during the exchange, though the exact cause of the altercation remains unknown. He suddenly raised his hand and delivered a forceful slap to the elderly man's head, causing him to stagger backward.
pansophist: Before, hard-to-get means that a woman is taking her time to know if a man is a good man, because a woman's mistake (eg unwanted pregnancy) is way more fatal than a man's mistake (e.g, being irresponsible).
But now, hard to get is how low quality women validate themselves, refuel their ever leaking ego, and a source of livelihood. You can't be playing hard to get but eating men's money. That's criminality.
You don't stress who you love. Men will interprete your shakara as a NO, but you don't want to say it because you want to migrate him to the friendzone. Also, men that tolerate unnecessary stress from a woman are the men you should stay away from.
Probably he brings nothing to the table, and conquering a woman is a trophy for him, just as some men brag about sleeping with a woman, good men don't brag with nonsense like that.
Life is already hard. As a woman, you should make life easy for him, not make it harder. If you like him, go ahead and make things easy, otherwise, you'll keep loosing good men, and it's your fault.

Jennyclay: Nigerians don't deserve to get loans from banks, loan apps or friends. I don't borrow nigerians money. God forbid!
I don't have strength to be chasing after you for my money.
The most annoying thing with Nigerians is that.... If you drag them too much for your own money, they would fight you and tell you to do your worse, that they won't pay!

Oga relax o. Does it mea my Hawaii is also culpable? . Cos hackerd are just playing hide and seek with my device. I keep telling myself no be me get this phone.
Ken4Christ: I am so shocked at the ways hackers get easy access to one's phone. Why can't manufacturers produce phones with protective features? Why is our phones so vulnerable to attacks by internet fraudsters to the point that they can delete some of your files.
And we don't have people who can give useful suggestions on how to protect one's phone.
You use VPN, they still bypass it.
You try other apps to block them, they still get access.
Is phone technology getting useless?
The cons seems to outweigh the pros.
I need expert advice.
A leading ministry has sponsored hackers to monitor me for more than 10 years now. Though, I just discovered last year.
They have blocked most of the transactions that would have translated to wealth for over a decade now.
Who can give me useful suggestions?
Welcome to my world brotherly.. Its a very sad situation. For long i have felt alone in this situation. Whatever help you find please share with me
Although, if you watch different videos on how to make the kelewele spice, the ingredients will be different each time, except a few that they all have in common - ginger, dry chilli peppers, calabash nutmeg (ehuru), black negro pepper(oda).
Humm. It is well. If i ever come across our Ghanaian friends i will ask. Do have a fruitful 2023. Happy new year.
mariahAngel: Lord knows I love fried plantain so much. Not only do I love eating plantains (I eat it a lot, by the way), I also love taking beautiful pictures of them. For that, I created this thread gallery specially for plantains, so that I can exhibit the pictures I take. So, for posterity sake, I will be flooding this space with beautiful pictures upon pictures of delicious looking fried plantains (in different forms) I eat, with or without accompaniment. Basically, I just want to leave my dodo imprints everywhere shaa.
Oh! And, judging by what I see on Instagram, I take some of the best looking plantain pictures...if I do say so myself. That's right!
By the way, Afrolems once started her food blogging journey on nairaland, and now she's quite big and no longer active (on this forum), but she left her mark here, and I want to do the same - just in case. And, she's a big fan of plantain too.
So, here we go!
Goan learn to do kelewele from a Ghanaian. Its a type of fried plantain recipe
chizara85: Climate change is really affecting the world and some parts of the world that doesn’t experience cold is now experiencing extreme cold this Christmas . I kept a bottle of water outside on Christmas Eve and to my utmost surprise the water gets frozen within few hours .
