It depends on the Masters program you intend to pursue ....... I am sure you know about the course route and the thesis route.... Yes, admission is highly competitive, but paying attention to details and putting together a good application package would probably get you admission for a Masters program...

Some people dont like putting their eggs in one basket, so u might think of adding a college (PGD) to your list (as plan B) if that suits your plan. If I were you, I would start by sending emails to the graduate admission office and the graduate secretary of the depts. some dept webpages also contain list of grad student you can contact...

My Advise:: use the paper route only if your application is too complicated.. Online route is the most socio-economic and environmental friendly...

You need to be a close relative of Abraham to survive the waiting period for the paper application.

D_Fodio: Yeah they do have special preference for First Class students. But I believe that if you have a will, there will always be a way. Also with God, all things are possible.

That is why for those that have gone ahead of us to canada, they can help prepare the way for those that are coming behind. Especially in the case of securing Supervisors. Sometimes, Word of mouth referral can go a very long way.

Can we dedicate between pages 80 and 90 for sample letter of intent for admission, Letter of sponsorship, Visa SOP and letter of inability to pay accmdtn fees?... In that sense, we cld easily refer anyone who needs samples to dose pages. Instead of having to respond to tonnes of private messages requesting for samples......

While I await response, I would urge those who have gotten admission / TRV to start searching for their essays....

It means "I am occupied with more important things".....so it depends on what importance....my activity on NL hasn't disturbed my work doesn't mean...I ain't studying...infact....I have had to sleep over in school at least four times in the past month...and thank God, my grades have been terribly excellent...and I even have time to take undergrads tutorials....
I personally believe...that giving strengthens me...so I look for such opportunities to share...

try visit immigrations in December to see if u can renew the passport in Nigeria, cos na 6mth to ex dem dey renew..... if not, u need to travel here, renew ur passport for ottawa, den apply for study permit extension...that one na money ooo especially if ur province far from ottawa (ontario)......
