You have not seen the list to conclude it's made up of more northerners in the first place. And to say merit candidates from the south were replaced by northerners is just ridiculous and stvpid!

Please a quick question, to those who've submitted their acceptance letter, can we submit it to our zonal offices instead of going to Headquarters @Lagos?

This here proves you are a stakeholders candidate. They were the ones who got their letters delivered to them and they struggle to submit acceptance letter afterwards like @Fachuba did.
The ordinary merit candidates are asked to fill the acceptance form right there when they collected the letter, a photocopy is instantly made and acknowledged (stamped and signed) before you can then leave with your offer letter.
I mean no hard feelings, and to answer your question I believe you can submit at any zonal office as long as they can acknowledge receipt (like the procedure I describe above). They will transmit your acceptance form to the HQ.

My dear, I hope too..this is the first time in my life, am with someone who likes me more. Till date he's OK , trusting and loving. But since we've been together, av been working on my mindset and Behaviour , so I don't allow the horrors of my past relationships take hold of my mind and ruin this good relationship .
I regret the exs I fell in love with and dated in the past.. Worst mistakes ever in my life, is accepting a guy I like more in my life. It works for some people but not for me.

Hmmm...the safest thing is to marry someone who likes/loves us more. You know what they say about how one treats a flower one loves? One plants it and nurtures it all the way.

But in my experience, it is super difficult to settle for someone you don't care for as much as they do you...something will keep pulling you back. That's sad. I understand you would have been at peace if you are the one that does the excess loving.
I think it's a two edged sword situation.
If you like him/her more you are at a higher risk of being devastated by heartbreak in case of a break up or any abuse.
But if you like/him less you risk being in an unhappy relationship. I have been in the latter and many things she does simply annoy me.

scammers provide u with so called shortcuts that are too difficult to resist. The victims might know the requirements but the scammer will convince u that there's an alternative cheaper route and when the victims gets convinced he gets scammed.its not about being educated.

How can an educated person fall victim to travel scam. Can't you just Google and read all about the requirements? Or better still contact the embassy yourself.

That's half the truth, if you understand the history, you are better position to use such knowledge to make the difference at least their are people handy with little or no education you can successfully manage or guide....I have a friend who is a graduate of computer science, the young man cannot even operate my laptop, I looked at him and told him seeing him with the laptop, I dey imagine Moses(bible Moses) on a laptop. It was a sad yet funny sight. My resolve his to make the most I can of my life and teach and the worst place to start is in our schools.... I taught in a school, I was called in the last minute less than a month to their examination (waec) I just day talk and write until I notice the students and I where on a different space, so I resolve to not assume they knew anything then I write 1/2 + 1/2 and not one soul knew the answer in fact they did not even no what a numerator or a denominator is! In my life I can never be shocked again, I tell you I can never since I survived that one, ss3 students, ironically the name of the school is/was distinction gate though when I asked half plus half a few were able to answer. Couldn't stay long there but I gather that majority of the student passed waec.

Education system in Nigeria is pathetic imagine spending 20 good years of one's life and still know very little. Not even a good spoken or written English.
What the lecturer was considering was that imagine studying engineering in 2010s yet our syllabi was that of 1980s! We had AutoCad Lab equipped with more than hundred computers but since we entered until we graduate nobody even attempted opening the lab for us. It was always under lock with giant burglar proof bars.
Can you imagine still doing engineering drawing 100% on paper! Saddest thing is even the lecturers can't use it. Few years ago a Prof was shocked when a friend of mine told him he had purchased something online and awaiting delivery...
Bros it's simply pathetic! That's why I was telling a friend who ironically happens to be a teacher that I will establish my own school as soon as my kids come of age. In 3 years I can coach my kid to ace SSCE and UME more than those that went through 12 years of this abysmal Nigerian Primary and Secondary education.

One of my lecturers once said we were not learning engineering, but rather history of engineering.
I agree with him.
