[s] annunaki2: I am not spreading hate but merely exposing Islam. If you consider me say the truth about Islam hateful, that's your cup of tea and not mine. [/s] I can see the pain. in each and every comment you post here you and alBHAGDADI. You put yourselves in such a miserable situation where something you can do nothing about gives you sleepless nights. If Islam is such a terrible thing and Christianity the best why are people tromping out from the latter? Deal with the number of Christians turning Atheists and number of Churches converted to Mosques. Unless you are pastor milking your people of their hard earned money you shall truly reconsider your priorities in life. |

annunaki2: On the contrary I criticise Islam it breeds terrorists and preaches hate. Islam is evil and mohaammed is clearly a fake prophet who lacks zero credibility. Also after studying the history of mohammed and his sunnah, I became convinced beyond any iota of doubt that there was not a chance in a million that he could possibly be a prophet of the true God but rather an agent of satan. So you try to fight hate by spreading more hate? Heheheheh continue living with such bile, am sure you live the most unhappy life. Pity! Masha Allah Prof. May Allah guide us all to the right path. |

jollymizzle: if acting president osinbajo is able to fix the economic problem and falling Naira, then we already have a winner. He seems to have some ideas on how to solve the Niger delta issues. If he can successfully tackle the economic problems. Then it's an easy choice. You correct, I commend his diplomatic skills. However his main obstacle is the vested interests in the party who still consider him a mere commissioner. Tinubu himself might be interested. |
Politics › Re: 2019 Potential Presidents by EazyMoh(op): 8:30pm On Feb 21, 2017 |
galaxy2020: Lamido of Jigawa should be in that list. Lamido lacks a formidable platform to contest, at most he's gonna be a Buhari before APC. The way PDP are going they may end up having two presidential candidates in 2019. Bottom line no opposition can defeat APC the way things are going. Mind you am from Jigawa. |

It won't be easy for the best pr team in the world to surmount the challenges the picture below would bring You are right, but you shall remember Saraki and his goons have been trying to convert those corruption charges into weapons of campaign as evident by a certain people protesting on their behalf. They may use that as a relying point even within the party. |

majorbravo: HOW DID THIS MAKE FRONT PAGE AND MY LIST DIDNT?
THESE ARE UNWORTHY CANDIDATES!
CHECK MY LIST OF WORTHY CONTENDERS https://www.nairaland.com/3596247/11-possibly-great-modern-presidents I read your thread, but unfortunately you just listed mostly celebrities you like without giving why you think they are qualified. In short the list looks ridiculous! As far my list is not about the most qualified, but those who are likely to make giving the present circumstances and the odds at their favour. How many people in north do you think know who Olajumoke or Linda? not mention their lack of political exposure? We would end up with a GEJ part 2 from most of those in that list. |

doubleportion: Does that means delegation of power as constitution required implied that he can't get it back when he returns? Even Yaradua also had a good mind, it was people that surrounded him that were power mongers, not forgetting that he had already gave Osinbajo room to operate before he left. Bob course he can get it back, but if be considers a series of tests as more important to him than been at the helm of affairs, then it's a strong indication he may consider not contesting in 2019 giving that age is not on his side and the sickness can only be managed. |

ephi123: Okay, I think I see your point. There is no significant opposition in place at the moment, although then again DSS would probably be set up to arrest them if they surfaced now. My sister no amount of DSS harassment can subdue a well organized opposition. DSS even once claimed APC hacked into INEC database (something that is offline) arrested it's officials but at the end it only made APC more popular. |

ephi123: I am amazed you actually share this viewpoint: "Until PMB's recent medical trip I was convinced there was no major obstacle for a PMB's second term"
Someone who was performing woefully on all key indices, yet those factors did not seem enough to constitute a major obstacle. So what do you count as a major obstacle in that case?
By the way, PMB would be almost 80 then, why on earth will people re-vote an 80 year old?? Thank for seeing that statement. Am not saying the president has done the right thing to deserve a second term, no! What am saying is in reality three isn't a foreseeable obstacle as of now especially lack of anrganized opposition figure that would appear to be better choice. |

Koolking: Political parties in Nigeria are wiser now. They don't waste resources on unpopular candidates. They look for candidates who are popular (not necessarily a politician). 2019 elections would be very decisive. A candidate with faulty antecedence would fail woefully.
Come to think of it, there is no opposition in Nigeria for now. PDP is dead and buried. It's not good for the country Thank you for understanding, of course one party system is never good. |

Kiakia: Abubakar, a strong contender but as for Saraki, you misfired big time. What's the difference between Saraki and Atiku? Besides Saraki's link to Yoruba he's almost exactly the same with Atiku politically. Both lack cult follwership and both defend on thier money connection to their old PDP allies within and outside the APC. So it all depend on who is smart enough to get the majority to his side. |

Koolking: These candidates don't stand a chance. Their antecedents work against them. Unless the people's mandate is hijacked by the cabal The people's mandate first have to be decided at the primary elections. If circumstances favour any of those and they I merger APC candidates there isn't opposition strong enough to defeat the ruling party. |

If this are the options, better start to emigrate with your family. Lol! Am not saying they are the best, am saying they are the ones favored by the odds. Politics › Re: 2019 Potential Presidents by EazyMoh(op): 1:40pm On Feb 21, 2017 |
doubleportion: Though you have already said it was your opinion, but my opinion is that PMB might also know his health status, thereby getting himself ready since he will not want to breakdown when it matter most. Still an opinion, you will discover that no back home has never heard his voice, because we can deduce his state of health and shout on him to come back home if we deduced that he is healthy, after this year politicking begins. So all these hullabaloo that PMB is unhealthy and he will not run in 2019 may be a delusion. Thank you for understanding, B but the main reason I no longer subscribe to the thought of PMB contesting is simply because he demonstrated readiness to give the VP Acting powers something Yar'Adua failed to do even when he was bed ridden. This indicates that he may decide not to contest in 2019. If he does however then there won't be anybody stopping his second term. Mind you he is still getting older and at approaching 80 years his health can only be managed. |
