Why are you so focused on Akwa Ibom ? last I checked, the state is not even the poorest state in the country, mind you the narrative of that state is changing very fast so saying her people are in every state doing house help is an insult.
There are other ways to call the state government out without insulting the people

Many bread winners don't seem to realise that God has placed them in that position so they too can be of help to people around them, including thehr siblings . The moment they stop, either due to their wife's or husband's or friend's bad advice, the blessing stops too.

An organization can spend a very hug sum to train it’s employees as far as they have something to benefit from training them
