Elrufai never called or ordered for the killing of a particular tribe. He said 'whoever kill a fulani...' Apparently if you did not kill any fulani then that threat should not affect you in anyway. I can't see how remotely that equates to the call to genocide against fulani that pastor Sulaiman did. The guy is simply clawing at straws which will not help him. I don't see any order being made through Suleiman statement but saying any Fulani (who sincere people can assumed to be the terrorizing ones) should be attacked before they would carry out their evil acts or approach the Christians dwellings. To be sincere M I is partly getting it right but for the fact that He forgot that terrorists have their beliefs which which propel them into evil acts...and these make many of them quoting their religious book each time they plan killing. Calling them terrorists is to pacify their religious group or members...they are actually religious extremists.
