As for me, it generally doesn't bother me, until when it is some dodgy looking guy licking his lips and rubbing his palms together, or if I'm not wearing anything remotely sexy.

When a guy perves when you're not even looking remotely sexy, it makes you think 'he really must be imagining the girl unclothed'.

P.s. This is only a fair comparison if we are comparing the bosoms and bottom of a woman to the groin area of a man, because biceps and chest are not necessarily 'intimacy-related' areas.
