RomanceRe: Teenage Love Affair by ebila(m): 4:28pm On Jan 01, 2010
@teen_idol,
Hey dearie, apart from teenage pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) mentioned earlier, parents r worried about other stuff too."love affair" is more than meets d eye.It comes wif alot of trauma.Teenagers r not equipped wif d right knowledge dat will help them when diz tryin', traumatic times com n thus parents do not even want them to experience diz until they r grown enof up.Emotional attacks r even more devastating than pregnancies or STDs cos they can actually lead to death, insanity of other awful stuffs. So,pls be patient, wen d time is right,u'll have love affairs to d fullest.Remember, there's time for everything!

RomanceRe: 8 Types Of Guys Women Avoid ! by ebila(m): 5:00pm On Dec 31, 2009
Men, do you have trouble meeting women? Do they cross the street at the mere sight of you? Askmen.com has conducted a survey and come up with the 8 Types of Guys Women Avoid: (Thanks to Doctor for the link)

1. The Needy Man: He’s overly emotional and shares all his feelings right away.

2. The Predictable Man:
He follows rules and never wants to do anything differently.

3. The Arrogant Man:
Has a huge ego, is condescending & rude.

4. The Boorish Man:
Doesn't try to hide the fact that he's checking out other women.

5. The Cheap Man:
Invites a woman to dinner and then suggests they go Dutch.

6. The Arguer:
Makes a woman feel like she's in debate class rather than on a date.

7. The Self-Righteous Man:

Very judgmental of others.

8. The Misogynist:

Makes no secret of his bitterness toward women.
I fink u shud edit d kinds of men u mentioned cos ought to have seen by now (from responses of d female folks) dat they love some of the men u mentioned.No.1 for example has a good number of gurls who love his type. Also, some ladies love a guy wif a huge ego. So,some of d kinda men in ur list r actually dose dat ladies want.

RomanceRe: Is It True That Women Absorb The Knowledge Of Their Partners? by ebila(m): 11:42am On Dec 30, 2009
xynerise:
I once heard that a gal you are dating and had sexx continuously with will be absorbing your knowledge and if you are dull she too will be dull. She thinks like you, looks like you and even reason like you. And if you dont expand your knowledge, you knowledge will be reducing while hers will be improving. How true is this?
Some post!*shakes head in pity n leaves thread*
RomanceRe: Is Love This Cruel? by ebila(m): 9:12pm On Dec 28, 2009
deluxecad:
Considering the chain of threads in this forum, it's probable that this may have been treated, just maybe. But I just need sincere views on this issue of love and cruelty.

Why would a lover grow so jealous that she'd bathe the other party with acid?

Why would a long marriage dissolve irreconcilably into nothing?

Why should spouses cheat on each other knowing what hurt it brings?

Why didn't she tell her sworn boyfriend she had someone she was engaged to back home before coming to school?

Why should she bring her boyfriend the invite to her own wedding to another man on the eve of her wedding, taking the guy unawares and driving him to gulp down a bowlful of Omo(detergent) solution?

Why would that man not let his wife know that his mistress has two kids for him in the course of their secret romance?

Why would that randy husband bring another woman to his matrimonial bed at the slightest opportunity?

Why would he lie to her that he's going on a work trip when he's actually going on a dirty sexcapade?

Why would that woman hold back from her husband that he's not the rightful father of her third child she had him dedicate in church with much pomp and show?

I can go on, why my people, why?

Is love so cruel?
It is so very unfortunate that we blame love a whole lot for various things.Love is always sweet, but d people involved r d problems.
