as much as some men would hate to hear it. . . . . . . the same reason why women put on weight after child bearing is the same reason why men get pot belly after a few yrs. its called being comfortable with who they are!

the only difference is that women can blame it all on the baby they carried while men would blame it on excessive beer and amala.
U're on track my borda. But don't u fink it is easier 4 men dan women?Cos a man wit pot-belly can still get 'em lil gurls outside, but a woman wit big belly who is shapeless lipsrsealed lipsrsealed shocked shocked embarassed embarassed

Ebonyeyes:
You have to understand that a womans body changes after childbirth and also exercise is not part of Nigeria's culture (Im sure we all see married men rocking the pot-bellied look). Also the woman concentrates on the kids, her husband, the house that she forgets about herself. Men should be supportive instead because Marriage is for better for worse. Me I intend to exercise until the grave grin
Maybe u r d one i shud get married to. grin grin grin But seriously,if alot of u Nigerian women want muscular men,den u shud also try to keep in shape even after childbearing.I like push ups n sit ups n i'm always gonna do 'em.
RomanceRe: Why Do Women Lose Their Shapes After Childbearing? by ebila(op): 9:53pm On Jan 22, 2010
Abekeade08:
@op, are you experiencing the same thing.

I am not married and I don't have children yet, however losing weight is hard as it takes a lot of determination and dedication. I am sure it is doubly hard after giving birth, as the woman's attention is mostly on their children at this time. If you are the one going through this, you can't be brash or harsh about her weight gain because women in general are really sensitive about weight issues.

Start a routine of taking walks/jogs together, going to the gym together, compliment her on her efforts and I am sure she will start to get the hint and want to get back into shape ASAP.
Nah,it ain't me at all,i am so single! But ur advice would be useful to d married guys wif d problem who bump in here mistakenly or knowingly! Thanks!!!
RomanceWhy Do Women Lose Their Shapes After Childbearing? by ebila(op): 8:54pm On Jan 22, 2010
I often wonder why women really lose shapes after childbearing. Most of the time they get excessively shapeless leaving the men wondering where their shapely wives are.Why do women fail to work on their shapes after childbearing?I know of a man who, somewhere deep down, gets disgusted when he sees his wife bulgy tummy.Women,is it that difficult keeping in shape after bearing children?

RomanceRe: Why Are More People Losing Their Virginity B4 Marriage? by ebila(m): 10:11pm On Jan 20, 2010

@post,
The reason is that virginity is now considered old-fashioned.Sex which was like a taboo(talkin' bout it or indulging in it) is now widely accepted. It ain't wrong or right to be a virgin,it's just personal and dat shud be respected.I'm in my late twenties n i ain't a virgin n nope,i don't regret it.This virginity thing i way overrated if u ask me undecided
jmoore:
@ebila, u confuse yourself. imagining giving same advice to your kids'it is not right or wrong to be a virgin'  on being old fashioned, then u have to accept suicide bombers because they are new fashioned. a good value remains a good value, be it in ancient days or modern era
Nah,it is u who is confusing wot i said.I neva said i consider,i only said it is considered(generalized). There's a stage a child will get to n he/she will know wot's good for him'her.I definately will talk to my children on stayin' away from sex,but dat's be when they are young. But when they get old enough,i will talk to them about sex in general(protected n unprotected and also the consequencies/results of both).

jmoore:
And if you do not regret losing your virginity b4 marriage, thats because you still have not come to your right senses. that nigerian terrorist is pleading not guilty and does not regret his actions because he is still not in his right senses
Ur stand on this virginity mantter is quite funny.Listen man,i most definately am in my right senses.U r a virgin right? It's nice, keep it dat way.But can u just tell me why being a virgin is all so important to u?Apart from religious point of view doh!
