Gracios Nairalanders, Grace to all. Congratulations to dear Seun. |
It is nice to see FG respond to the plights of Nigerians in Libya. Gaddafi may soon witness the result of his one time bad advise to Nigeria. |
muhsin:At this juncture they deserve a listening ear even if the conditions will not be met. Quiet a sorrow Nigerians have seen in this killing spree. |
I am surprised that the community of 5000 can not handle 10 thugs squarely,His community vote is to be highly coveted especially for councilors of his ward and Chairman of the local government, who knows whether that is why they are preventing his people from registering ?. ![]() Beside he should sue the police and not INEC. |
If it is true that for everything you write about another on the web ,you will be arrested for it then 99% of beloved Nairalanders will soon go to prison for all they have writing about Atiku,Obj Ibori and the rest. In as much as their is law, there is also freedom of expression. |
Oga Gani sure knows what he meant, the Gani that I knows might have even discussed it with the chamber. I considered it a wise decision since we are not in the proper light ,we can not judge properly. There is no any element of selfishness in Oga Gani,he lived a selfless life throughout, suffice it to say that the children are also well to do and not dependent onn the chambers to survive, they also have their life to live and a legacy to establish like their father. Adieu to a legend - A true son of the soil and man of the people. |
I no fit laf .Even witches and wizards are now in the fore front of Nigeria politics. |
Very odd. I wish we could rely on our investigators. |
As agitation for another northern consensus president aside Alhaji Atiku Abubakar continues to hot up in the country, National Association of Arewa Citizens Action for Change, ACAC, has disclosed its intention to choose another consensus candidate for northern Nigeria irrespective of party affiliation. Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the group, Muslim Maigari, who disclosed their plan at the end of a meeting between the national executives, state executives and local government coordinators of the association in Bauchi, yesterday, said: ”We have observed that the presidency is for the north and the Ciroma-led committee had completed their assignment. “However, what they did was entirely a PDP affair and the North needs to present a candidate that will be acceptable to all irrespective of party affiliation; that candidate should be produced and supported by all because of his sterling qualities. “Our group now intends to form a committee of 40 well respected people, two from each state in the north, to sit down and bring the candidate that will be acceptable to all. “Though we have nothing against Atiku, we want to go beyond PDP to choose the best candidate with good qualities that will be acceptable to all.” He advised former President Ibrahim Babangida, Governor Bukola Saraki and Retired General Aliyu Gusau to contest PDP Primary election as stand by in case if Atiku didn’t make it, adding that, one of them will definitely be the runner up to become second, which will result to a northerner having the chance to led the country again. Muslim who mentioned that they have been going round the northern states to meets with states executives, added that so far, they have visited Borno, Yobe , Adamawa, Taraba, Gombe , Niger , Bauchi and Abuja the Federal Capital over the matter. This journalist appears too critical for my liking. |
Wikileaks, an international non-profit media organisation, has revealed the United States of America's role in the June 12, 1993, election that was annulled by the military. The report, which recently released over 251,000 US embassy cables giving accounts of the US State Department's correspondence with its missions abroad, said that significant investments were made to midwife democracy in Nigeria in 1993. The documents revealed the US role in the 1993 general elections and the June 12 impasse. The documents further revealed that most of the non-governmental organisations (NGOs) that were in the fore front for the actualisation of the June 12 election were sponsored by the US embassy in Lagos to mobilize Nigerians against the military junta. WikiLeaks opened a new window on U.S. diplomacy in Africa on November 28, when it published previously secret diplomatic cables on a website. Notable among the NGOs, the report said, was the one spearheaded by "a notable medical practitioner and human rights activist." One of the disclosures made in the cable from the embassy to the State Department advised mobilisation of most of the rights groups financially to enable them produce counter-government measures in the event that the June 12 election was annulled. The report said that this cable was believed to be the turning point of the US against the General Ibrahim Babangida administration and subsequent sanctions on the Abacha-led junta. Also contained in the Wikileaks were the concerns expressed in a cable report to the State Department from the US embassy in London indicating as well the concerns of the Commonwealth over the then President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua's failing health and eventual death. The reports had advised on contingency arrangements for Nigeria as there may be impending political and constitutional crisis at the death of Yar'Adua. sshalom:They will run the pre-clinical years (Year 1-3) in their university then, they will be transferred to another university for the clinical year until they gain accreditation, believe me,If it were like before this is a big trouble,my Alumni spent more than 8 years to regain the medical school accreditation after it was lost. Now it may be easier with cuttings of corners, otherwise ,this is a sad news. Transferring students involve a lot of up and downs and discomfort. |
cabali:It's still the first, that one you quote was the global ranking and the one being talked about here is the regional ranking (Minus the search engines, facebook and co). |
john david:Bros, the tankers are on the way,you don't expect them to have arrived. ![]() |
SeanT21:This is also my point of concern.just as I kept wondering why the Nollywood and Kanny wood, must we copy everything without adding our own originality?. |
Haven't you also wondered "WHY FEMALES FELL UNDER ANOINTING IN THE CHURCH MORE THAN MEN"?. |
All said and done,Mourinho is just simply good at it.If you go through the book "48 laws of power or the art of war " you will not blame this guy.In as much as i don't too much like this guy,i give it to him,He is a master at his game.Without people like Mourinho, the scene will be dull and uninteresting, besides the players would have pulled that out themselves. This video is absolutely hilarious. ![]() |
If only this is true, but i doubt a lot. It is time for Nigeria to have leadership based on credibility and capacity to deliver instead of leaders by zoning ,bigotry and nepotism. Obama's emergence was as such. |
Glad that the issue is cleared, the whole thing was over rated,i was beginning to doubt Save Nigeria Group after seeing the "Sahara reporters report".But i wonder why this scintillating journalism. Orubebe is not cleared yet ,He seems to be the government hench man for bad deals.Okah mentioned his name and now SNG. |
IT is alleged that just before the current democratic dispensation emerged, three young men in Cross River State who were then in their thirties sat down and reached an agreement on how to take over the administration of the state. Their story is the stuff by which folklore is woven. |
Beat her up = NO(She may enjoy it) Stop calling her=NO (She will call) Stop picking her call=NO (She will land in your place) Disgrace her publicly=NO (She may take it and not even bother) Tell her you are born again = NO (She fit join you for church) My never failing prescription; Corollary:1 Two are better than one Corollary:2 Good is the enemy of best Action point= Get another girl really or to impersonate, the job will be done faster than you think, even when she thinks you are still available ,the presence of the new girl will fail her.the new girl also will bring her arsenals to fasten the collapse of your wall of Jericho. This principle is time proven and almost 100% effective. ![]() |
There is something beyond the surface, the magistrate should scratch deeper,if they are also trying to let us know of this law then let it be clear. |
I don't see it killing yahoo or Gmail, the competition will be stiffer than imagined. |
No amount of reason can justify raping and killing of poor innocent citizens. Two wrongs can not make a right, the kidnapping has further worsen the labour condition of Abia, more jobs are been lost and more businesses are being relocated or shut down, all because someone is fighting against joblessness. If every jobless youth resort to kidnapping in Nigeria,What are we achieving?.Would that create jobs?. |
If only this is true,it may help but this is not a standard solution.Other civilized nations of the world has not pull such stunts. ![]() |
