the issue is worrisome especially in certain areas of Igboland. my area is moderate sha grin.

I even here that in some places, amongst the required things is a box full (ECOLAC) of Hollandis wrappers for the Umuada. Umuada a nokwa m n'ala

In as much as this is a problem, we must not insult our culture as some have already done angry

Culture is dynamic and the Igbo is a typical example. In this regard, we can talk to our traditional rulers and Ndi Ichie as groups and I believe something positive will materialize.

The issue of scam,con,419 is truly ubiquitious.
It actually started in the west with guys like

Victor Lustig(the man who sold the Eiffel Tower),
William Thompson,
Joseph "Yellow Kid" Weil
George C Parker (sold NYC monuments to tourists), etc.

We even have living con artists like
Robert Hendy Freegard
James Arthur Hogue, etc

The only difference is that while the western con artists calls the target the "mark", their Nigerian counterparts call the target the "mugu"
