Dancok my guy , this thread will only have more questions than answers.

The best place to get the answers you seek is https://www.nairaland.com/810561/audi-volkswagen-issues-resolution-thread/41

You can try out the Passat.

Car TalkRe: 2008 Hyundai Elantra Or Honda Civic; What to buy? Please. by Eddee(m): 6:14am On Feb 15, 2020
dadabashua1:
in what area has the Camry floored the accord pls...because to me reverse its the case...the accord dust the Camry, from luxury,Styling both interior and exterior, speed, balance etc...most especially 2008 upwords...Camry is no match for the Accord sir...and yes speaking from experience of both rides
You misunderstand me, I'm talking of an Elantra been mentioned in the same breath with an Accord. I'm telling you that the Sonata is in the same category with an Accord/Camry.

This is not a comparison between a Camry or an Accord!
Car TalkRe: 2008 Hyundai Elantra Or Honda Civic; What to buy? Please. by Eddee(m): 10:07pm On Feb 14, 2020
excanny:
Hyundai Elantra is a heavy car and is in the same league as Honda Accord .

Civic and corolla are in the level. Light and compact.

If you want more power, go for Elantra.

If fuel economy is your goal, go for Civic

Both are very durable models and great choices.
Mazda 3, Corolla, Sentra, Elantra and Civic are all in the same category. An Elantra is no match for an Accord. I'm guessing you mean a Sonata grin (Even that will struggle to hold its own against an Accord, talkless of a Camry)

I used the '08 Elantra straight out of the factory for almost 4 years, 2.0 litre engine, leather seats, auto climate control a/c, 10 airbags. Extraordinary car. I solemnly tell you that its fuel efficiency makes the corolla people always scream about look shameful. Its fast, very very rugged and has affordable and plenty spare parts.
Yes I didn't own a civic but I had several colleagues who did and they always bowed to my Elantra on those weekends we swapped cars to attend events together.
Both cars are good, but I humbly submit that its a travesty to compare the '07-'11 to anything Asian in it's class .
wow shocked - like you said, it's your opinion.

No mind thebigkendo - the car was actually driven to Abuja and back last week, was parked for four or five days. Only for me to start it yesterday and be met with all the Christmas lights, I just visited the vulcanizer, guaged the tyres and yanked the negative terminal off the battery and reconnected it after a short while. Been driving since then, no single light has reappeared, nothing concern me with wetin cause the lights. If I try this rubbish on my former Mercedes, they will reappear immediately you drive past 10 mph, unless you use a proper c3/c4 scanner or an equivalent clone to clear them off.

Thank you for the kind feedback and for sharing the one your organization is using. Pardon me. I will still need more explanation because I can see beside the document you shared something like X 3 written in Ink .
Can you please explain that?
Just seeing this, the bolded means nothing actually, don't even remember who wrote it or why. As for "more explanation" - what exactly do you want to know?

Damn, that drag race was definitely rigged grin grin - Aunty Radautoworks you've gone in hard on my G's this year, so grin on a lighter note why didn't you bring down your Benz - the one with the balloon - I remember you giving me stick for admitting mine was converted from air suspension to coil-overs? You have the funds to maintain any model you want, you have the credit to finance an outright purchase, you have the tools and knowledge to fix it by yourself and save cost (If I had, half the knowledge, I will still keep one around, my dad fixes his S-Class by himself).

Did you get tired of keeping one in the family or decided to try something new, or did the patience and passion wane? or you discovered like me that a new or direct toks Benz made after 2000 is all fun and lovely until you use it for 2 years in Nigeria with poor fuel, fake parts, and frequent mechanic visits?
