I think MS Office Suite is a basic requirement because u will b expected to assist senior HR Managers to update employees record, payroll administration, presentation & so on. I learnt HR has advance softwares in which different functions are performed. So, Microsoft Office Suite should b a starting point.

Looking at your job experience here, one thing I must tell you is no knowledge or work experience is a waste. In fact, both positions should have prepared you adequately to become a good people manager and ability to manage stress and conflict. Please include all your job experiences but make sure it relates to the vacant position.
More so, considering HRM as a career is wonderful but it's just as fabulous as any other career path.

My advice for anybody is to seek a career that you love irrespective of what course you studied in college/university. Most prolific journalists never had a degree in mass communication. The best actors in nollywood never had a degree in theatre arts etc.

With your CV, you can easily be considered in so many jobs.
