Try removing the account from the phone and add it back.
If still shows incorrect username/password, check your login details, start your username with a small letter, and then input your password taking note of the fact that they are case sensitive.
You can try starting your password with both a capital letter and a small letter, and see which one is correct. Pls I'll need a feedback.
I have done dat but d problem persist. I think may b i should try login via computer to verify problem. My opinion®

@OP I must first register my sincere gratitude for bringing up such a thread
I am a graduate of Economics (2.1) and in addition to that had 2 professional institute certification (NIM & ISMN)
Currently doing my CLARION CALL thing and will be rounding up in May 2014
Am in a school- although a rugged one- but am finding teaching interesting
My humble request is that,"before night fall' (may 2014) what are the necessary steps you do advise me on this line of career.
I do really appreciate your brotherly guide
and again saying thank you for this thread
NIM and most professional certs during NYSC are useless. I did both NIM & IPMP, by the time u r done with ur service n u enter d labor market u will understand wat i mean. It is best to take professional course in line wit ur career path or work experience.

Hey Eddodoh,

Welcome! Cisco is a lovely journey to embark on. Do some research online most especially the basics and fundamentals. See if this is the right path for you to take. Remember, don't just think about the pay.
I hope it works noting dat i do not have IT background.

I earn 77k at the moment, but such won't be the case in ibadan cos the new outsourcing agency have made it known to us. we just hopeful the reduction wld be manageable.
The minimum u can earn is 48k and dat is for confirmed agents. Since U already work wit MTN and have knowledge of their products & services, u may earn dis 48k.

As much as i know, 35K for agents on OJT, 40k for probation while 48k for confirmed.

I pray dat U make a wise decision.

Between SAP-HR & CIPM which is more important? Presently, I am considering a career in HR but thinking on d certification & training to acquire. With HND, Coop. Econs & Mgt couple wit customer service work experience although have interest in HR. Have downloaded some HR training apps via Youtube which i use to gain insight. I was told about a UK Certification where i only have to write thesis & if i approved i will b awarded d certificate. Don't really know how it works. More so, how do i break into d field?

The boy is crushing on u. He think dat if he cant get down wit u in d real act, d alternative is d display of wat u saw. I pray he wouldn't attempt to rape u in d future.

Definitely if it's mature dude, he know how to get u laid doing d real act. So u have to understand dat he's still a kid experimenting his sexuality.

Have a talk wit him but b careful not to get into emotional or sexual entangle wit him cos no one is perfect. The spirit of temptation can b very strong.

Eddodoh, you said you work as a call center agent for a telco. i asked you to speak to soemone working in the telco. maybe over lunch, or just enquire generally from peers, friends and senior colleagues in the main telco you represent. HiiT is an "IT" training and service provider.
Comptia A+ teaches about computer hardware and the concomitant technologies
Cisco is about routing and switching, more recently datacenter technologies

Please speak to someone in core telecoms and draw up your inferences from there.
OK, Sir!!!! Noted

I will advice you strongly that you begin by taking a good long hard look at the following.
Answer the questions with the job you’re seeking in mind (if you’re looking for more than one kind of job, you’ll need to do this for each one).

Write down what you can figure out about yourself and your work history, this is how you turn a poor CV into a good CV. It shouldn’t be hard, but you may need to do it over several days, as it helps to think things over if this is the first time you’ve done this.

What are your personal characteristics? Examples would be honesty, integrity, being hardworking, paying attention to detail, get along with most people, etc. Employers prefer candidates who look like they’ll fit in with their existing team and organisational culture.
What are your strongest skills? Think about the skills you use at work. You may have developed some ‘on the job’, or received training in other areas. Would your next employer have to train you, or would you be able to hit the ground running?
Consider your professional experiences. Which would be of most interest to a prospective employer? Think about it from their point of view, rather than your own. It doesn’t matter how much you enjoyed something or not – what matters is whether your experience shows what you can do for a future employer. If you have significant experiences from outside work, think about these too.
Your achievements may take longer to think about. Have you made a difference through your contributions at work, either individually or within a team? Is it a difference that can be measured? Have you been commended by your employer or received outstanding evaluation in your annual reviews?
List your professional training. Is there anything there that really stands out, because it’s unusual or really makes a huge difference to your skills level at work?
Your qualifications are worth including if you did well in your education. Did you do well in your education and was the subject relevant? What does this say about you? Also, what work-specific training have you done?

How would you classify a CV wit d person showing 10+ years of experience. Taking in consideration dat he started work (Guest Service agent/Receptoonist) 2005 while studying till 2011. Actually graduated 2011. Completed NYSC 2013, presently working (post-NYSC) as a customer care rep (9 months on d job).

NB: Spent years in d hotel as receptionist b4 graduation while current job is 9 months.
Will it make sense to claim d total years of work both b4 graduation, NYSC & present job as having sufficient work experience (which amount to almost 10 years)?

OR

Should present job experience (post-NYSC) be used?

Because people seem to raise eye-brow when one says he has close to 10 yrs work experience & usually ask when did someone graduate & gain dis experience .
Pls, advice

If you're planning to attend CCNA training and are thinking of paying an Institute then hold on on that thought.
For CCNA, you really wouldn't have to pay to pass it. You can self study online and can watch videos on CCNA online. Tons of them on youtube.
If you have a good and reliable internet connection, then please join us. Trust me, you never know until you try.
I find dis useful. I am not IT savvy, actually studied Cooperative Econs & presently work as a call center agent. Recently, i av bin thinkin of ways to chart a career path as i dnt really see my present job as a career.

I av bin in talks wit some on training i can do to chart a career. I met wit som1 in an IT firm who suggested i do CISCO & have bin considering making payment until i come across dis thread.

Mikky is right? You need to have a chat with the guys in the system and find out which skills are in demand and which company requires them.

I remember after my Masters in UK, i was looking for a job and could not find one and i knew lots of people were getting IT jobs without IT degrees.I had a chat with one of the guys and he explained to me which skills were in high demand. I figured out lots of companies were using Microsoft servers and active directory was in use a lot.I went for my Server training, did the exam and tailored my CV towards a Microsoft server role. I got a job 8 weeks later and i progressed from there since i was in the system. Now i am not saying thats is how it's going to be in Nigeria. All i am saying is you will have a better chance if you have IT skills that are transferable.
Thanks!!! I met someone in d system and he suggest i do CISCO training.

do you have friends that work in telecoms? can you do some research, using your present telco you are serving with as a call centre assistant, and then write on a sheet of paper the various job roles/positions that you think you can fit in in a telco company?

when you do that, then you can streamline on what you need to do to qualify. The main thing is "Getting in first"...
Sir, I must confess dat u guys are molding me & I am beginning to see how to do things differently. I will meet one d IT guys in my office today.

Being a Call Center Agent. I really nid to drop d headset where you talk & work like a robot & being micromanage. You might be shown d way out 4 not meeting certain KPI's. I don't think dats wat i will like to do in the future. Doesn't seem like a career. Hence, the nid to chart a career path.
