Arizona1: Hello house, I want to start up a small recruitment agency. From what I read about the business, I was meant to understand that you must choose a niche first before starting and I am looking at recruiting customer service, office assistants or cleaners, whichever one the terms will be easier to go by because I have good experiences on those three areas. I have already registered a company but I want to get the framework for a standard recruitment agency in Nigeria, the necessary bodies or associations I’ll need to register with before I start. Please anybody with valuable info on this should educate me I do not have info on how to get registered but 'I pray dat God should crown ur effort wit success'. I will like to work wit u as I am currently exploring opportunity in HR and I also have experience in Customer Service. |

twaintoy: How do you get these volunteering jobs? Most of the volunteering position I got was through cold calling. I Google names of companies and HR firms within my locality. I get their email ID and contact number. I called them to inform them of my desire to volunteer in their HR department. Fortunately, I do get positive response from them. A C.E.O & Founder of a HR firm had to call me for a meeting & he said dat anytime his company has project, I will b contacted to work wit his team. If you see d way i package & restructure my CV & LinkedIn profile. You will think I have bin into HR for 20 yrs. I usually get profile views by top HR professionals & some of them do counsel me or recommend some training opportunity to me. |

LondonCool: That's quite impressive. Once you've been able to acquire a certain depth of proven experience from your volunteering/part time roles you should be ready to climb up the HR ladder with confidence by applying for permanent HR roles . I believe God will crown my effort wit success. I am very optimistic. Thank you! |

@Londoncool, u r very correct! I currently work as a Call Center Agent and my previous jobs demonstrate Customer Service experience. I am currently a Student Member of CIPM.
Last week I attended an interview for d position of HR Assistant though everythin went fine but d interviewer keep reminding me dat i do not have relevant HR experience.
Presently, I got a HR Volunteer position with an NGO and another with a Human Resources firm on part-time basis, other companies I contacted earlier promised to reach me as soon as there's opportunity for Volunteering and I believe in few months time I will b a force to reckon wit in d HR field.
For anyone seeking career in HR, volunteering is your stepping stone. |

I worked in a hotel as a porter for 6+yrs (2005-2012) within dis period i used d opportunity to sponsor myself in school.
My salary was 6k, subsequently roused to #8, 500 & later #9,500. As a porter, i welcome customer, received their luggage's, check them into d hotel rooms. I also clean d hotel premises & toilets.
I stayed on d job for that long because of d opportunity it offer me. I started from ND till I completed my HND. I got promoted to Receptionist few months to go for NYSC. I later resigned to participate in d National Service scheme. I still used d work experience on my CV though i omit d porter position but i put it that i worked for 6 yrs as a Receptionist.
Even though i am not where i want to be, thank God that i am not where i used to be. I presently work as Customer Care Rep in a call center.
I am considering removing d Hotel work experience from CV cos it seem most employers focus on post-grad job experience. My opinion though! |

Whenever I hear guys saying dat dey accept a no sex affair wit a lady i feel lyk shooting them to death.
Most ladies Magarized U while someone somewhere is digging her steady.
Give me such condition, I will pretend to play along while strategising my way to swim d river of joy. During dis period my pocket & debit card is man by a CCTV. Any little chance i strike but if she persist & i truly love her, I will investigate using my Spies to be sure no one is digging her b4 i accept to her 'no sex' condition.
I have heard pple said; konji is no respecter of anybody I thought it was fallacy until i met JOY with whom i had my first no sex relationship. I agreed but 4 weeks into d affair as we were having nice tym in my abode, konji stroke. I nearly cry. The hormone was high. I was in a point of 'no return'. JOY wouldn't allow me. I took my wallet, wore my shirt as she watched me, i told her dat i am going to d brothel to ease myself. She grabbed me saying dat i am going no where. I told her dat i can't bear it. She gave in atlas but i got bite which left a scar on my lip when d spirit of workshop was much.

We are yet to deal wit coded prostitutes as housewives wit d high rate infidelity from women dis days and you want your brother to marry a 'popular LovePeddler'. That's suicidal!
Anything dat is prone to ruin our lives should be avoided without mincing words we shouldn't support evil because we share d same gender, age, ethnicity or religion wit d parties involved.
Op, inform ur bros as soon as possible! If he yield to ur advice, fyn. If not, u have play ur part & should not share in his grieve when d bubble blow in d future. Allow him to carry his cross at dat tym. |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: PerfectCV Service by Eddodoh(m): 10:45pm On Sep 23, 2015 |
living2013: This is why there is no particular method of writing a CV. Making a CV impressive is a product of the writer's ability to articulate his/her qualifications accurately. In this your case, what you need to do is to include the place you worked in the past 4 years as the last in your employment history and explain your roles vividly.
Secondly, you will use your present work place as the first in your work history. There, you have to chip in some of your previous and relevant experience as job responsibities provided you will be able to defend them. The role of the CV is to secure an interview for you.
One of my clients that I helped to write his cv had a similar case, but after helping him to write the CV using my description above he was able to win interviews. Thanks |

Eyop: Well, there are some areas that have this stuff. If the woman should cheat, she will die except she confesses. Another is if she cheats and the husband knows about this and continues to eat her food/sleep with her,the husband will also die. Some Idoma communities in Benue state practice it. |

Cooleasy: Nooooooo. There is one for women. In the South West, it is called Jokoje. It will make all other women look unattractive to the man, except his own wife. No matter how provocative another woman dresses, the man will not be aroused. But when he sees his own wife, his konji will go haywire and work at full power. The problem with this one is that in extreme cases the man become a push over in the home and his wife lords it over him, controlling him like a kid. Also, the man may become obsessed with his wife to the extent that he sits at home most times and doesn't report for work. All because of his wife's pu&$y. Dat's deadly! Not reporting to office? |
