Among the states in south-south region in Nigeria, how will you rank them according to their level of infrastructural development and economy?

Personally, I will rank the best developed states in South South region accordingly.

1. Rivers state
2. Akwa Ibom.
3. Cross Rivers.
4. Edo state
5. Delta. state
6. Finally, Bayelsa state.

the issue with nigerians is they just want to get rich well that wont be possible down there due to their economy was never made for everybody to be rich Rather to live Comfortably.
same as even the rich ones down here are still living the same way like those Average americans.

Petrol to fuel their Gens.

expensive health care caused from Substandard Products.

security (Bh,badoo,herdsmen even SARS)

High cost of Food items.

Water bills etc.

which all this are been deducted from ones tax down there.

Why has democratic government in Nigeria discontinued the low cost housing estate scheme started under military regime? I have a lot of uncles who owned houses in government estates such as Gowon Estate, Shagari Estate, Jakande Estate, Festac estate etc in Lagos built under military regime.

The houses in the estates were well planned and sold to Masses at low cost by the military government. Whereas since 1999 when Nigeria took over from the military, I can not see very affordable mass housing scheme built by our democratic government.

Does that means our democratic leaders has no plan for providing shelter to Nigerians unlike the military?

Federal government should learn from Lagos state on how they are able to educate lagosians on paying their taxes. Lagosians are complying because their tax are used to build infrastructure.

In the case of federal government, the money will be shared and looted with no investment in power and roads.

My friend is a masters degree holder from UK university and he owns a supermarket and bakery in Ikeja. He wants to marry an illiterate lady. This lady did not complete secondary school. She is a hairdresser.

My friend introduced the lady to his parents for marriage and his parents rejected her. They told him they will never support his decision to get married to the lady.
