Since your Tecno has HTML5 , version 29.0.1809.93516 of Opera Beta would be quite compatible with your Tecno .But your 4 inches screen is quite small.

Have you tried Opera Beta browser? I use Tecno G9 and Innjoo F2! Bryte Tablet is also okay. Other browsers don't work perfectly in my Tablet except Opera Beta.
