hi. the damn system is pissing me of. I may just get rid of the whole gear and emigrate to Saturn.
I am thinking of getting rid of all the dishes ie the 3.2m fibre. the 3m fibre the 2.4m mesh and the 5m fibre and try a precision molded dish if i can find an affordable one here in Enugu.
I will get in touch though.
thanks

has anybody else observed that some times when you key in a C band frequency into the echolink 3020 ir plus it does not pick the channel? Let me explain this, i keyed in this frequency 4161 sr 5750 which is for ORTB MALI 53 w into the strong srt 4653x and picked the channel. I now tried the same for the said echolink it didn't work. when i auto scanned the said 53w with the echolink i picked the channel on a frequency that i can swear is ku 10738 sr 5740. How is this possible using a C band lnb? Anybody?
I also experienced a similar thing when i keyed in frequencies for channels on 72e it didn't work. When i auto scanned i picked the channels but on what i can swear to be ku.
Any comment anybody?

Hello people
here is an installation question. Has anybody used a splitter to distribute signals from a single port Fuji lnb ? I am thinking about using this to serve a second receiver for my gang. They are beginning to cramp my style on my own receiver. Is there any possibility of the signal shorting ? Alternatively anybody got an idea of a good dual port lnb i can use? thanks guys.

Hi anybody
live in Enugu and have a 3.2m fibre dish. The old mfp dish. I am wondering if this dish size is adequate for the reception of nilesat signals in this part of the country. I do not receive cnn and a few other choice channels. I did receive these channels a few years ago.
please help.
