Politics / Re: Tinubu Files Emergency Appeal To Block Chicago University From Releasing Records by eeetuk(m): 1:06am On Sep 22, 2023
"Bola Tinubu files emergency appeal to block Chicago university from releasing records, testifying under oath"

Why? Because he has something to hide.
Bola Tinubu is a con artist. Cheating to get ahead of others is why Bola Tinubu is the president of Nigeria. He paid $465,000 to the city of Chicago over drug trafficking, but he is still does not want to admit dealing in drug business. When he left Nigeria to America, he lied in Application to the Chicago state University that he graduated from High school when in fact, he did not. He cheated his way into getting APC party nomination by buying votes, but has not admitted. He colluded with INEC officials to steal 2023 presidential election from Atiku Abubakar and refused to admit it.
When will Bola Tinubu tell the truth?
Please come clean, ASAP!

And according to the UN report, over 4000 Nigerians had been killed in the Northern states over the past 6 months. So, why is the Turkish company defense contract has not stopped these mass killings of Nigerians?

Politics / Re: Wike Not Just FCT Minister, But My Adviser – Tinubu by eeetuk(m): 2:29am On Sep 15, 2023
Bola Tinubu said " “The Honourable Minister, Wike, is not just the Minister of FCT, he is also my adviser and an admirer of mine. He has hit the ground running and he should be encouraged by the State”.

Who agrees with Bola Tinubu as claimed above?
Not me. And here is why. Bola Tinubu himself is a terrible decision maker. In 2023 after Bola Tinubu clung APC presidential nomination, it took him almost 4 months before choosing his running mate. And when he chose his running, it was this man: Kashim Shettima.
Kashim Shettima? I beg you pardon? I would never have picked Kashim Shettima to serve in a position of power in Nigeria. He is terrorist. In 2014 when Kashim Shettima was the governor of Borno State and Goodluck Jonathan was the President of Nigeria, Boko Haram kidnapped over 200 school girls under Kashim Shettima watch. And the first person on earth to announced knowing about the whereabout of the kidnapped school girls Kashim Shettima. This is the character of person we now called Vice president of Nigeria. Nigeria is going down the toilet, that i can predict.

So, how can it be a surprise for you to hear Bola Tinubu called his Nyesom Wike his adviser?
Eye popping decision by Bola Tinubu!

Now, and question for debate: Knowing what I just told you about, Kashim Shettima, would you have picked kashim Shettima as the vice president of Nigeria?

I support documents requested here 100%!
Bola Tinubu is a crook. He was convicted of drugs trafficking and had to pay a fine totally $465;000 to get out of it. Why should a man with such a notorious character be allowed to lead Nigeria? Nigeria now needs an exemplary leader to stand any chance of reducing crime rate and bringing dignity to the government.

I want Atiku Abubakar to also request a copy of Bola Tinubu application for admission into Chicago state university. Multiple sources have said that when Bola Tinubu applied to Chicago state university, he claimed in the application that he graduated from high school in Nigeria. During election in 2023, Bola Tinubu has said that he did not graduate from high school in Nigeria.

Such information will be helpful for the Atiku Abubakar campaign to seek Bola Tinubu removal from office
Politics / Re: Soludo to BAT: SE got Best Ministerial Positions, despite Giving you Least Votes by eeetuk(m): 9:45pm On Sep 10, 2023
"Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has hailed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for giving juicy ministerial portfolios to the South East."

True!
When has Ibo man or woman ever satisfied with anything? In 1999 when OBJ became president, Ibos got all the keys ministerial appointment and kept on criticizing OBJ for hating Ibos. IN 2007, Ibos got all the ministerial appointments in Yar'Adua /Goodluck Jonathan administration, but never stopped criticizing Jonathan government. And in 2015---when Buhari administration began, he gave Ibos all the key government appointments and Ibos never ceased to criticize President. One question i want to ask is how has the Nigerian government faired under Ibos dominated staff? The short answer, Nigeria is worse off under Ibo dominated staff. Southeast geopolitical zone is deserted. Before 1999, over 15 million Ibos lived in Southeast. Today, less than 5 million are left. They live in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, AKwa Ibom State, Cross RIvers State and more.

Note that Ibos are not qualified for any of these appointments they are getting. In most cases, they exaggerated their potentials to get ahead of others. If Ibos are that good, why is Southeast geopolitical zone deserted?
I think Bola Tinubu is on the path to failure just like the past administrations in Nigeria. Already, Bola Tinubu has recorded his biggest failure by not following up his promise to restore president Bazoum of Niger republic. And more are on the way.
Is this true or false?

"Members of the public should therefore, discountenance the falsehood and dismiss the vile propaganda by this known serial blackmailer

I think Akwa Ibom State governor camp made a serious mistake by distancing itself from the public report that Governor Eno has called into questions the credibility of election tribunal judges. I think election tribunal judges and their judgement was a sham. And here is why?

The 1999 constitution of Nigeria states the criteria to determine winner of presidential election in Nigeria. So, lets go right to it:

"134
1. A candidate for an election to the office of President shall be deemed to
have been duly elected, where, there being only two candidates for the
electiona. he has the majority of votes cast at the election; and
b. he has not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election in
each of at least two-thirds of all the States in the Federation and
the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja"

As you can see above, the 1999 constitution of Nigeria required a candidate to get 25% of total votes in the Nigerian capital, Abuja to be declared elected. Bola Tinubu got 19%. Why did the 1999 constitution mention Abuja in section 134 and not other 36 states?
That is why election tribunal judgement was a product of a sham exercise.
Politics / Re: Explain Why CTC Of Judgment Is On Tinubu’s Counsel Letterhead - Atiku's Aide To by eeetuk(m): 7:26pm On Sep 09, 2023
"After causing needless delay in availing the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar and his legal team Certified True Copies of its judgment, the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) must explain to Nigerians and the world ambiguities around why copies of the judgment bears the header of the Tinubu Presidential Legal Team."

Not hard to figure out what election tribunal court judges had on their sleaze!
Use of government power by the judges to enrich themselves is nothing new. You remember this man, James Ibori? He was the former governor of Delta state. On December 12, 2007 James Ibori was arrested by EFCC in Kwara state hotel charged with theft of public funds, abuse of office and money laundry. After the trial, judges in that case took 8 months to deliver the judgement. And when the judgement was delivered, James Ibori was cleared of all the charges.

So, the reason judges at election tribunal took a long time to deliver the judgement was because Bola Tinubu camp and that of the Tribunal judges did not agree on the size of the money the tribunal judges wanted. When the tribunal judges finally got billion of dollars transferred to their respective bank accounts, they announced and delivered the judges. It is as simple as that. End of story.

Nyesom Wike is a mad man. In 2015 on the eve of change over of government in the Rivers State capital, Port Harcourt, Mr. Wike predecessor, Rotimi Amaechi refused to handover power to Wike because according to Mr. Amaechi wike has an alcoholic problem. Nyesom Wike eight years in office as the Rivers State governor confirmed Mr. Amaechi allegation against wike. For an example, in 2019 President Buhari flew in oil workers from Akwa Ibom State to a hotel over covid 19 concerns, Wike sent 200 police officers to remove those oil workers from the hotel in the middle of the Night. And in 2023 after Nyesom wike lost PDP Party presidential nomination to Atiku Abubakar, he went on rage tour. He called into question southern leadership honesty and integrity. He formed G-5 to oppose Atiku Abubakar. Till today, Wike is still angry over the decision of Atiku Abubakar not picking him as his running mate. Put all these together, it proves that Nyesom Wike is a mad man. He acts irrationally and in unsteady manner.

"Kaduna State chairman of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Rev John Hayab, has called on Nigerians to allow the rule of law to take its course in the judgment of the presidential election petition tribunal in the overall peace and unity of Nigeria."

Rubbish! Which rule of law?
The election tribunal rule which endorsed Bola Tinubu as the president of Nigeria was nothing short of Sharia law. I did not see the application of section 134 from the 1999 constitution of Nigeria. All i saw was the reenactment of Holly Quran. I condemn it whole heartedly. Why?
The 1999 constitution of Nigeria states as follows:

"A candidate for an election to the office of President shall be deemed to
have been duly elected, where, there being only two candidates for the
electiona. he has the majority of votes cast at the election; and
b. he has not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election in
each of at least two-thirds of all the States in the Federation and
the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja".

So, ask yourself this question: Why did the constitution specifically mention Abuja and not all the 36 states--which make up the country of Nigeria?

Your answer will prove that tribunal judges came straight from Sharia book. When judges rule from the bench, it is called Sharia law. You cannot rule from the bench because it is based on opinion instead of following the law.
I predict end of Nigeria. End of Story!

"Justice Mohammed further held that LP also failed to prove the allegations of overvoting against the All Progressives Congress (APC) and their actual reduced votes."

The court is 100% right! Peter Obi does not know the difference between fact and opinion. What the tribunal court was looking for in this case was evidence to measure peter obi performance on the election day. Mr. Obi failed in this regard. The court of law does not use opinion to measure performance. it uses fact. Peter failed to offer fact to court. That is why the court is right.

From the beginning, this case was between Atiku Abubakar and Bola Tinubu. What Bola Tinubu failed to meet is the criteria set up in the 1999 constitution. Bola Tinubu scored 19% in Abuja instead of 25%. That is the only ground for appeal because it can be measured. Now, if the election tribunal failed to acknowledge 25% requirement, that signals the end of the 1999 constitution of Nigeria. In other words, the 1999 constitution would regarded as dead. That is fact!

You talking very good, i am talking a major development in the history of Akwa Ibom State. And i hope this transportation program is not going to be restricted to the state capital, Uyo. Akwa Ibom State has 31 Local governments. I want each local government in the state to receive 250 buses. Why?
The important of public transportation in developing economy is overwhelming for many reasons. First, it moves people in less space than individual automobiles. Second, it can keep traffic congestion lower. third, it reduces air pollution from idling vechicles. Fourth, it helps riders avoid the stress that comes from driving in highly congested areas.

I have written over the years about the need to introduce public transportation in Akwa Ibom state but got ignored because of jealousy by some tribe men in the state. Today, subsidy cut off put pressure on Governor Eno to do something. I cannot be happier.

Furthermore, National Express transit on its website has an article out on the benefits of public transportation in the society. For those who maybe interested, the link below provides you with reasons why public transportation is key in developing economy:

The Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno has said the government would soon introduce buses for public transportation as part of its palliatives to cushion the effect of the subsidy removal on fuel.
Eno said the government was in talks with some companies on the matter and as soon as the arrangement was concluded, the public transport buses would be introduced.

Speaking at the weekend in Uyo on his decision to fly the state-owned commercial airline, Ibom Air, instead of his official jet, the governor said his action was a marketing strategy for the airline.
He debunked insinuations that the immediate past governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel was in custody of the state’s official jet, describing the speculation as unfounded and baseless, saying such malicious allegations serve no good intent and purpose
“We are promoting the Akwa Ibom brand and the state owns a hundred per cent shares in this airline. By virtue of my office, I am the chief marketing officer of the airline if you may ask. My job is to promote our brand.
“We are planning to bring buses as part of the palliative. We are in talks with some companies. When the buses finally come and I board one of those buses, would people now say the immediate past Governor has taken over my official vehicles?
“There is no truth whatsoever that the immediate past Governor is with our aircraft. This is not just the kind of thing we should be talking or arguing about. Akwa Ibom should move beyond this sort of cheap talk.
“Again, I want to make it very clear that everyone has his style of leadership. My own style is to demystify governance. I like to get in contact with people, and I like to be myself. This government thing will come and go. So what is the big deal?”, he stated.

Atiku Abubakar poor performance in 2023 election is not painful to me, but his poor messages after the election is what continues to pain me.
Does Atiku Abubakar have a copy of the 1999 constitution of Nigeria? Right now, I don't think so. Why? The 1999 constitution of Nigeria listed criteria to determine whether a winner has emerged from the election or not. To determine whether a winner has emerged or not, the 1999 constitution of Nigeria says (1) a candidate for presidential election must win popular votes (2) win 2/3 of Nigeria 36 states and (3) got not less than 25% of total votes cast in the Federal Capital of Nigeria, Abuja.

That is the area Atiku Abubakar should be focusing on his daily speeches. But he is not focusing on the constitutional requirements. Instead, Atiku Abubakar is focusing on stupid things like prayer and drug issues related to Bola Tinubu. No court in Nigeria is going rule against Bola Tinubu because of his drug history in America. What the election tribunal court in Nigeria is going to rule on is whether any candidate who contested presidential election in Nigeria met the constitutional requirements or not.

So my advice to Atiku Abubakar is from now on, start to talk about the constitutional requirements and leave other side issues behind. The tribunal court judges are listen to you.
Politics / Re: El-rufai Warns ECOWAS: Military Intervention In Niger Is War Between Brothers by eeetuk(m): 1:37pm On Aug 22, 2023
"President Bola Tinubu, chairperson of ECOWAS, said the bloc had resolved to use force as a last option if the coup leaders in Niger do not relinquish power to ousted President Mohamed Bazoum."

Use of military action to restore President Mohamed Bazoum will be a big mistake for many reasons. First, Bola Tinubu is a bad decision maker. Bola Tinubu picked Shettima as his running mate in 2023 presidential election--a warning shot to all Nigerians. Shettima is a terrorist and chief sponsor of Boko Haram. In 2014 when Shittema was the governor of Borno state, over 200 school girls were kidnapped by Boko Haram. Less than 24 hrs after the school girls were kidnapped, Shittema announced that he knew where the kidnapped girls were. Why did the school girls got kidnapped? The reason was Shittema wanted to remove President Jonathan from power and replace him with Mohammedu Buhari. And it worked. In 2023, Buhari rewarded Shittema by pushing Bola Tinubu to pick him as his running mate.

Second, Mr. Tinubu just picked former governor of Zamfara state, Bello Matawalle as his minister of state for defense--the worst decision made by any Nigerian leader since Nigeria gained independence from Britain in 1960. During Mr. Matawalle four years in office in Zamfara state, over 25,000 citizens of the state were killed by Boko Haram and Islamic of west Africa, 1 million people in the state were driven out of their homes, homeless population rose to 90%, no good roads existed in the state, this according UN reports and Nigerians living in that state.

Third, in 1990 ECOWAS involved in similar conflict in Liberia. Liberian war has not ended still today, but the UN reported that over 300, 000 civilians were killed in the Liberian conflict, 50,000 African troops lost their lives, and Nigerian troops ran out of weapons--leading to the loss of lives by 10, 000 of Nigerian soldiers.

Now, Niger republic is more stronger than Liberia. And Russian wagner mercenary has thrown support for military Junta in Niger republic. This is bad news for ECOWAS. I predict 10 years war in Niger Republic if force is used.
That is why i am 100% against use of force In Niger Republic. And be warned Bola Tinubu is not the President of Nigeria just yet. So, be warned,

Did any candidate who contested 2023 presidential election in Nigeria win? The short answer is no .The 1999 constitution of Nigeria listed criteria to determine winner or loser in election. To be declared winner of presidential election in Nigeria, a candidate for election must achieve the following (1) has the highest popular votes (2) win 2/3 of Nigeria 36 states and (3) has 25% of votes cast in the Federal Capital of Nigeria, Abuja. Not exciting speech at all by Bola Tinubu. And that means no single vote was moved in support of removing niger military government. If you measure temperature in Nigeria and outside Nigeria evidence has emerged suggesting no one wants Bola Tinubu president of Nigeria. He is a terrible decision maker. Look at who Bola Tinubu picked as his running mate. His name is Shettima. This man is terrorist sympathizer. In 2013/2014 when Goodluck Jonathan was the president of Nigeria and Shettima was the governor of borno state, he organized a group of terrorists to kidnapped school girls. The objective of kidnapping over 200 school girls was to bring down Goodluck Jonathan as president. He succeeded because Goodluck Jonathan lost his re-election bid . Now, he wants to commit the lives of Nigerian citizens to war in Niger Republic.

Ban Lauren James from worldcup and Other International Matches
By eeetuk

Lauren James is a thug and bully for many reasons. Before I tell you why I call her a thug and bully, here is a little thing to know about Lauren James. She is a 21 old British woman—currently playing in 2023 worldcup for Britain. On August 7, 2023 her British team (Nickname—Lionesses) took on the Nigerian women national team, the Falcon with a chance to advance to quarter final round. But sensing that her team was going to lose the game to Nigeria, Lauren James stamped on the a Nigerian player named, Michelle Alozie in the 87th minute of the game, this according to interviews she granted to her team mates. She was red carded by the referee and thrown out the game.

Stamping is a weapon used by thugs and bully to project arrogant and defiant attitude—especially in public places while in the presence of others to create fears and to intimidate other.

But here is the significant part of this behavior by Lauren james: she is a racist. In the United States and many European countries, where mix race culture flourished, light skin blacks like Lauren James have history of harming darker skin blacks and getting away with it. This plays well to hate groups and can even earn you job in high places.

If you do not believe that Lauren James stamping of Michelle Alozie was an act of racism, ask yourself this question: Could Lauren James have done this if Michelle Alozie was white?

The short answer is no. Why? Black in America and Europe get punished severely if harm committed by black people harm white people than black. Lauren James knows this very well and that was why she was tapping into that kind of sentiment when she stamped Michelle Alozie.

Shortly after the game was over and England won, Lauren James told her team mates that she was scared of losing the game to Nigeria. That in fact established evidence of pre planning effort to stop Nigeria from winning.

BBC sport website had an article out titled “Lauren James: England star lost her emotions for red card, says Sarina Wiegman”
In talking to past England players about what Lauren James did to Michelle Alozie, the article cited these reaction from England players, past and present:

"One act has kind of tarnished all the good work that Lauren James has done up until this point," said former England international and BBC pundit Anita Asante.
"She is a superstar and hopefully she will grow from this experience. Her team has now lost a player who has the ability to turn a game on its head."
England's all-time top scorer Ellen White said that "there was no need for it".
James' team-mates rallied round to support her, though.
Right-back Lucy Bronze, who has taken the Chelsea player under her wing, told BBC Sport: "As soon as the game finished I went straight in to see her. She's a little bit upset. I think it's just frustration.
"She's a young player and not one person thinks anything bad about LJ. She's been a superstar in the first three games.
"It's sad we'll miss her for a game. Everyone knows what a talent she is. She's young and hopefully she'll learn from this experience."
Rachel Daly added: "She's a young player - people forget that. They put a lot of pressure on her on the outside.
"It's a team game, she's been excellent for us and [we'll] put an arm round her and help her through it."
Nigeria's Alozie, who was the player James stood on, said: "It was good for us to have her taken out of the game.
"I was a little bit surprised by her reaction to the tackle. I don't think it was really needed. I'm fine, my butt is fine from her stepping on it.
"I was kind of confused initially. I didn't understand what was going on at first. There's no hard feelings, it's just a game."

In conclusion, I like to see Laurn James banned from ever playing international football match again by FIFA. She is a racist and bully. Racism has no place in sport, period.

"Beautiful moment when President Tinubu met Miss Orire Agbaje, a 400 level Economics student of the University of Ibadan who is the President of the Nigerian Universities Tax Club and a member of the just inaugurated Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms"

Is Miss Orire Agbaje a Yoruba woman?
If your answer is yes, don't give me anymore reason why she was appointed.
When you have a tribalist called Bola Tinubu in office, what else do you expect?
And never mind the fact that Bola Tinubu is not elected president of Nigeria, get this, just yet.
I am laughing. Okay?

Rubber stamp lawmakers put a key government functional in jeopardy. You tell me 48 ministers were vetted in less than 24 hours? Some of these ministers selected by Bola Tinubu cannot read or write. Many of them came in with shady backgrounds. 75% have history of stealing from state treasury in the past. Some have collected bribe in their performance of duties. And you mean all that shady backgrounds were completely vetted in less than one day? Shameful, I will say!

so proud of Nigeria players. Why? Before the game between Nigeria and England began, the overwhelming majority of analysts favored England to defeat Nigeria. And although England can still win, but Nigeria is hanging tough. God bless Nigeria.

Politics / Re: Rerun: We’ve Done Our Calculation Well, Tinubu Won’t Be On Ballot, LP Claims by eeetuk(m): 3:42pm On Aug 06, 2023
"The Obi-Datti Campaign Organisation yesterday declared that with the damning evidence before the Presidential Election Petition Court (PREPEC) in Abuja against President Bola Tinubu, he would not participate in the rerun election should the poll be annulled. Also, the Special Assistant on Public Communication to Atiku Abubakar, Mr. Phrank Shaibu, said that there is palpable fear in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on the likelihood of the court upturning the election of President Tinubu."

Re-run presidential election in Nigeria?
Never! I believe runoff election is possible between Bola Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar, but not re-run election. Rerun means do the whole presidential election again. That is not going to happen. Runoff is what I am betting on. Runoff means the two highest votes getters in last election will run again. That will be between Bola Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar. That is what election tribunal will rule.
