We visited a couple over the weekend and we got talking abaut house keeping and personal hygiene .The man was complaining bitterly that the wife stays up to 30 mins in the bathromm and was wondering what she does there that takes her soo long .
The wife on the other hand was saying she take her time to see that she is clean .

Now pals, what is the approximate time u think is ok for taking your bath and if u take maybe up to 30 mins like my friend , what makes u keep soo long ?

Iran says Nigeria arms "misunderstanding" settled

TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran said on Monday it has resolved a "misunderstanding" over an arms shipment seized in Lagos which Nigeria is likely to report to the United Nations Security Council as a possible breach of sanctions.

[size=14pt]"T[b]he seized cargo belonged to a private company and it was for sale legitimately to a West African country," Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki told reporters, without naming the country. "I think the misunderstanding has been resolved."[/b][/size]

Diplomatic and security sources outside Iran said the intended destination of the weapons had not been clarified yet, but they added that investigations have focused on two Iranians believed to be senior members of Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards.

"One of the Iranian citizens ,  provided all the necessary explanations to Nigerian officials," said Mottaki, who visited Nigeria last week. He also criticised suggestions which "are aimed at harming our relationship with Nigeria", but did not elaborate.

Nigerian Foreign Minister Odein Ajumogobia said on Friday that Lagos would report Iran to the Security Council if it found any evidence that the shipment broke U.N. sanctions imposed over its refusal to halt sensitive nuclear activities.

The United States and its allies fear Iran's nuclear programme is a cover to build bombs. Tehran denies this, saying its nuclear work is aimed at generating electricity.

Ajumogobia added that he did not currently believe Iran had broken the sanctions. However, a Nigerian diplomat in New York told Reuters that the Security Council's Iran sanctions committee would definitely be informed.

A Security Council resolution bans Iran from "supplying, selling or transferring directly or indirectly from its territory or by its nationals ,  any arms or related material".
Nigerian security agents questioned one of the two Iranian men involved in the arms shipment but could not meet the second because he has diplomatic immunity.

Diplomatic sources outside Iran said the two are believed to be members of al-Quds, an elite unit of the Revolutionary Guards that specialises in foreign operations on behalf of Iran,

French-based shipping group CMA CGM said the containers carrying the arms shipment, which was labelled as building materials, had been loaded in Iran by a local trader.

ALL things being equal, the United Nations Security Council would by this morning have received a formal report from Nigeria about the seizure of dangerous weapons shipped into its territory from Iran, last month.

Abuja’s action to that effect is in line with relevant Security Council resolutions against Iran, Empowered Newswire yesterday quoted Nigeria's Permanent Representative to the world body, Ambassador Joy Ogwu, to have said.

Diplomats at the world body point to UN Security Council Resolution 1929 of this year and some other earlier resolutions which effectively imposed an arms embargo on Iran.

The implications of such observations are two-fold: the Iranian shipment to Nigeria violated the resolutions and Nigeria needs to inform the Security Council of the world body about the arms cache.

Prof. Ogwu, on Thursday night in New York, confirmed that she had already alerted the current president of the UN Security Council Sir Mark Lyall Grant, who is the United Kingdom’s Permanent Representative and Ambassador to the UN, about Nigeria’s intentions of informing the Council and its Sanctions Committee about the controversial shipment.

Her words: “I have already notified the President of the Council, Sir Grant, to expect a letter from us reporting the incident and that further investigations is going on.”

Her planned action coincides with moves in Abuja, where the Foreign Affairs Minister Henry Odein Ajumogobia told reporters yesterday morning that if Nigeria found any evidence that the arms shipment broke UN sanctions, the Federal Government would alert the Security Council.

Reuters reported yesterday morning in New York that Ajumogobia met with the Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki “late on Thursday to discuss the shipment, intercepted by Nigeria's secret service in the port of Lagos and found to contain rockets and other explosives.”

According to the Newswire, Ajumogobia said "the consignment did originate from Iran. That's been confirmed from our own shipping documents and the Iranian foreign minister."

"If Nigeria finds in the conclusion of investigations that there has been a breach of any sanctions, as a member of the U.N. Council, we would do what is necessary," Ajumogobia said, adding that Mottaki promised Iran's co-operation with an investigation into the shipment.

In New York, Ambassador Ogwu, disclosed that a letter was being prepared by the Nigerian Mission to inform the Security Council of the incident in line w
ith the resolution which Nigeria had also voted for in June.
