This is 1st of its kind.
If they dont attend to her case,she jst has to re-apply and a very pragmatic letter addressed to CDHC.i bet u,within 1month,she would be sent for medicals.
Also,re we sure theres no issue with her medicals?
Since August,i noticed that they started giving flimsy excuses to applicants,such that didnt matter to them.
Ur sis shd take heart,God no de sleep.its so so painful.

dosunmu matilda: My husband is my sponsor and his account had balance of 6 million, and cash inflow of 19million and i also put my property documents,cars document and also c'/o of our company and i also paid my sch fees infact exactly how we arranged d'document dat how it is with all d'robber bands so its as if they did not even touch d'documents at all i also have 3 different visas in my passport and also 2yrs uk visa so where is the problem from enh am tired i guess i will just leave and go to uk and relax befor i know d'next step my heart is so heavy right now am so sad

TRV_IJN: @Efosa, I don't think it's necessary for your sponsor to.but here is what I suggest, apart from ur sponsor try and have some money in your account, if your sponsor has way over what you need (like multiple times what you need) then he can move all ur tuition and living expenses to your account but if he doesn't have like 3-4 times ur total financial costs in his account, your chances are better with the money in ur sponsor's account. #mythoughts

Siga: ,,,efosa...I understand ur frustration but in Yoruba land ...they say if u fall from a horse the first time, u hop on it again..... i am a testimony to that....I applied twice before I got mine back in the days....the reasons they denied u are straight-forward and easy to tackle....now...they are not cool with u presenting a company acct....simple...ask ur bros to present his personal acct....remember, a company might be owned by 1 million people with ur bro being the major shareholder....that does not mean he has access to the company funds...personal accts is the best....once thats done...ask ur bro to have a lawyer make a list of his properties and investments in a notarized letter...and present most of the same docs u presented initially...dont change ur stance too much ...it is well

Fhemmmy: Discretion of the visa officer that looked after your application matters, and from what you have said here, if i was the officer too, there is a chance that i see your application as fraud - You have same last name with your brother and you work with him or for him, in a nation where pride is what most people put before their normal thinking . . . Please dont get me wrong, i am not saying you are fraud, i am only saying that working with your brother and using the account of same company, he might think that you are just using the company as a front and since they have seen a lot of that in Nigeria, they will always wanna assume most are fraud.
If you have good proof and your payroll or how money from the company goes into your account as your paycheck, you might be able to fight it.

adim02: @ house my friend was denial TRV today for the following Reasons.1 insufficient fund to pay for his tuition fees,without working in Canada,2.Sponsorship not credible,other tins which they type inside the paper.He is afraid cos of other tins written cos all his document he submitted was geniue which the CDHC return to him all his document.should I tell him that only the once mark with pen is the only reasons for his denial.Please contribute house.
