TRV_IJN: @August Applicants, do not worry yet. This morning I saw a UPS bus driving in and out of CDHC. This was probably before 9am. If you ask me, I believe those were people's updates going to VFS but I don't know how soon they will update the site.
I want to say if not for Favour of God (read my discussion with the VO today in my earlier post) I would have come back empty handed even though the probably would have dispatched my invite to VFS this week. My point is they are treating August so just wait maybe urs just got to CDHC today or will this week. I submitted friday 17th Aug but due to public hols, it got there 22nd August.
Be of courage and PRAY. Kai if someone wud just believe me and pray, there is absolutely nothing impossible with God. Pls Pray even if u think ur application is strong.

Like evidence of when she was bearing ur surname e.g birth certificate showing ur parents gave birth to both of u.. And also are marriage cert showing she's now married for the surname change... Hope Also the sponsor letter she composed comprised of all dis .. Like she is ur sister frm same parents (evidence frm birth cert) but married (evidence frm marriage cert) and stating r dependants...if all these was done... Den no nid to fret on dis aspect given all oda docs and info are correct and genuine... U ought to have been contacted alongside J20 cos u submitted almost same time... Pls just be prayerful @ this time... Waiting on ur success news

Surely we all wll be contacted irespective of when we submitted, I have seen on this thread where someone who submitted 2weeks after certain applicants submitted and everybody were still called for medical, so we should all relax our mind and be prayerful while waiting for cdhc to take decision on someones application.

Just checked my status now and it has changed to "our application has been assessed by the Canadian High Commission/Consulate General of Canada and is being returned to the centre where you applied". I take it as my trv is ready!

I won't be able to make it to VAC until tommorrow morning, please pray its my TRV and ill definately keep u guys posted!

Positive or negative pls let's know wats happening @ least to calm d stressed Nerves... @ all august applicants just read tru part 1 of this thread and realised a lot of august 2011 peeps were called for meds Nov 5 2011-Nov 25 2011. And TRVs issued Dec ..Fingers crossed..God bless us all

Bro, I think as at then, the processing time was 13 weeks now 19 weeks, u can see it is quite uncomparable. Personally I opted to be calmed and give praises to the Almighty while waiting for my medical. Base on my observation many that applied July are yet to be called. Tenacity have to be the order of the day. Meanwhile, I expect good news from August applicants btw this week to next week end. May God bless us all.

I think at this point, the truth is actually revealling itself. So u mean with all these loop holes u were still called for medical? Jesus is realy for all. I posit now that u have actually known ur deficiency u need to be guided and choose a better sponsor that is ready to co-operate with you rather than relying on your uncle tht lectures abroad who got nothing to show.

Respect for one another should have been the daily song we sings, so that the forumnites will not wallow in the valley of despair, as far as I am concerned, nairaland remained an open ground for everyone to learn rather than being resolute. I stand to believe that, oath of secrecy exist in the banking arena. The only way CDHC can make a proper comfirmation is only when they ask the applicant to resubmit his/her Bank statement when being called for medical.

@jesus4all, did u submit the receipt of payment of full tuition or you submitted the Bank telex copy to embassy?

spencer3705: all what embassy is interested in is ur authenthic printed bank statement as at d date of submision.no bank wud disclose ur end balance to d embassy.embassy scans the submited bank statement to the bank to test d authencity of d statement.if its genuine or not,the bank wud confirm to them bt not ur balance.i hope dis helpz!

There is oath of secrecy tht exist in the banking arena, no bank discloses acc balance to third party, irespective of what u re.
