surecan:

Before i can answer you that question, never tell cdhc that you will live after your studies in canada, let me know if they will grant you visa.Non of you have go and come back

@surecan, I think u have said it all, it is been said that he who comes to equity comes with clean hands, If actually will want that authenticity to pervade y don't we come back home after our studies, 80percent of us don't come back to naija, is justwise telling us that the VOs don't know about that.

@efosa What if its a course lesser than dan pdg? Cos what's similar to pgd is Graduate certificate (1yr). What I want to do is College Diploma(2yrs) and dats like usually meant for starters ( those that jst finished high school).

Thanks

College diploma 2yr is better, the advantege on it is tht after 2yr, u can get 3years work permit. But one year study wll only enable u get one year work permit.

I kind of love that adage but wish I know how it applies in this case. Once the major reason for joining a forum like this is misplaced, then you find people making sentimental posts. Its always good you read between the lines before commenting and if after reading you are not sure of your interpretation, then just don't make comment.
What I mean is how can someone be saying to me guilty or not guilty? Of what? That I contributed to the forum?
Enjoying the house though

Is just a simple question; guilty or not guilty? Lolz, I still can't figure out y d brotherly love does not flow in here between August applicant and others, there has been series of misconception since this man joined the house, I think he should check himself properly.

I have seen a self sponsored that got trv with 3.5m,so it matters on the source of income and availability of it when needed, they may also consider the sponsors dependents, even without properties and this just happened of recent. My advise is try as much as possible to boost your account to the best of your ability.

I would say unequivocaly that, that guy got trv because he were self sponsored, but in dis case dad is sponsoriing you, and dad should have enough cash in his account to take care of ur education and other pple afair, and dad should have huge amount to solve other issues if arise. Pls my advise is 6m and above is reasonable.

Hi guys, am a graduate with a 3rd class degree
frm a naija uni. After series of browsing, am able to find out out dat I could apply @ niagara college for a Graduate Certificate Program which usually last for a year similar to PGD from the department of Environmental Mgmt and Assesment. Getting the admission letter isn't really the problem. Wat am bothered abt is the financial aspect. Like how mch shld my sponsor av in his acct (including tuition and living expenses) and for how long shld the money be in the acct before applying for visa? An agency (Maple) was telling me 10M and am pretty sure my dad dosent av up to dat. The tuition fee is $10,800ca. Am working against Fall 2013

My dad is ready to sponsor me. He is a civil servant, works with lagos state govt.

Thanks Peeps

Hi dude, though Maple has told u the right thing anyway, not withstanding, from 6m above is quite enough to present to cdhc, and the inflow and outflow of the account determines the viabilty.

I dey laff at august applicant; there so many fins u don't understand about him;
1- look at his username
2- he takes fins to be personal
3- the way at which we address issue will be diffrnt from individual persons.
He is a kind of person that will want to gain from others, buh neva want to share info.
I have a fwend like that when I was in school; during the exam period, he will want to cheat from you and at the same time covering his book, not even knowing that all he has done is zero.
So, I fnk bfr he join, info is getting in and out, so, his emmergence shouldn't create any mishap.
Get me right @ august applicant; I am not against ur opinion or attitude, just trying to shed more light on individual diffrences.
@ efosa; by Gods grace, thnx for the love.
Bakorede, I miss ur disturbance!

@lyfe, I think u re correct! We should not let our rich country down, even when lots of atrocities and corruptions has taken place, meanwhile, we should at all times epitomise the good conduct of our blessed nation. @Augustapplicant, presents Nigerians in a good expeditions, believing that we must work passionately and indefatigably to bridge the gulf between our scientific progress and our moral progress.
